Located in a quiet, large-lot neighborhood, the cottage is nestled in a private backyard setting beneath tall trees. While the footprint is compact, every inch was thoughtfully considered and is well-appointed for comfort and style. The open-concept living room area features high ceilings, abundant natural light streaming through huge windows, and curated decor, including lush plants and original artwork.

The house has smart home features, including a Philips Hue smart lighting system, electronic shades for the 10' windows, smart locks, high-speed wi-fi, and a level 2 electric vehicle charger. The private, fenced backyard has a salt-system hot tub, outdoor dining area, and a weber kettle grill complete with charcoal and an electric starter.

Upstairs, you’ll find two small but inviting bedrooms, each with comfortable beds (Helix king in the main, queen in the 2nd), quality linens, blackout shades, ceiling fans, white noise machines, and an assortment of pillows - soft and firm, with and without down. The full bathroom upstairs and the additional full bathroom downstairs offer spa-like touches, including tiled showers and modern fixtures. Laundry is available at the top of the stairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a full meal. The microwave has air fryer and convection oven settings, and there is an electric kettle, a popcorn maker, a drip coffee maker, french press, and cocktail shaker set. The screened porch has a powerful ceiling fan and offers a serene space for morning coffee or evening wine.

Guests have access to the shared driveway, cottage parking area, the full cottage, screened porch, and fenced backyard with a private hot tub. The main house at the front of the property is home to friendly neighbors and is not part of the rental. We ask that guests respect their privacy and they will respect yours.
