The villa is tastefully decorated and has all the necessary luxury: billiards, international TV, Wi-Fi, large furniture, modern fully equipped kitchen, etc.
It has 4 bedrooms with large beds and 4 bathrooms.
All rooms are air-conditioned for comfortable and restorative sleep.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, water cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, complete set of dishes...
A washing machine and a shelf are available.
The villa also has an outdoor terrace with garden furniture and barbecue area.
Large private pool.
The villa is ideally located between the famous Walking Street (5 min), Jomtien beach (5 min) and Pratumnak beach (3 min) by scooter, only 1 km.
Close to all amenities and all kinds of shops.
It is very easy to leave the villa to visit Pattaya, go shopping or to the beach.
There are in the residence a service of taxis, rent of scooters and collective taxis near the villa. Also, you will find good restaurants open mornings, midday and evenings, moreover small supermarkets 7-Eleven.
Upon arrival my Thai assistant will welcome you. The beds will be made and towels will be at your disposal. A professional team will clean every 3 days.
Electricity is excluded; the meter will be measured with you at the entrance of the premises, the price is 8 baht the KW.
Airport/villa shuttle service available. A private driver will wait for you at the airport exit and lead you to the villa of your holidays.
Scooters available for rent during your stay, possibility to drop them off at the villa for your arrival.
Taxi service on request. Private bus tours, guided tours around Pattaya…
