This villa offers very generous space consist of 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, One bedroom has another single bed. So you can easily sleep up to 5 people

The Living Room comes with a comfy sofa, fully entertainment that has a big LED TV, a large choice of international satellite channels, DVD player and also WiFi internet.

The villa has 2 floors, Air-condition in every room.

1st Floor :
- Fully equipped kitchen. Providing full options of kitchen wares and appliances Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender, Kitchenwares, Paper Towels Provided, Washing machine, etc.
- Comfortable living room with a large sofa, LED TV
- Beautiful Private pool, Pool deck with Lounge seat.
- Guest toilet

2nd Floor :
2 stunning bedrooms with en-suite bathroom
- One bedroom for 2 people sleeps, big en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub.
- The large bedroom with has 2 floors, can sleep for 3-4 people, suitable for parents with kid or 3 friends

RATE INCLUDES:
-Cleaning once per week
-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden
-Drinking water and water fees included
-Towels and linens provided
-Internet wifi, cable tv, and safe
RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit
SERVICES :
- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition
- Providing airport transfer
- Tours and Activities
-Arranging massage at the villa
-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
