Escape to serenity at our Pondside Modern House, nestled beside a private 1-acre pond. Enjoy morning coffee as the mist rises from the pond, casting a line into the fully stocked water for a relaxing afternoon of catch-and-release fishing, or relax with a book as the water shimmers in the sun. Evenings are magical— under the stars with wine and laughter. Blending modern comfort with natural beauty, this peaceful retreat invites you to unwind, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories.
The space
This newly built home sits on 16 acres in Morrow, OH. This hidden gem is 1800 feet from the road way, giving you privacy and peacefulness.
This home is conveniently close to Kings Island, the Western & Southern Tennis Tournament, The Monkey bar, Little Miami River, Loveland Bike trail, downtown Maineville, downtown Morrow, downtown Loveland, and more!
Bedroom 1- King size bed, with full view of the pond. The door opens out to the back deck. During the summer nights, enjoy the lights from the fireflies in the trees. During the winter, take in the beautiful snow fall. Enjoy the mornings on the deck or in the bedroom, reading the morning news at the table. The en suite bathroom features 2 shower heads and moody lighting.
Bedroom 2- Full size bed, with plush bedding. Full closet with hangers and shelves.
Bedroom 3- Triple twin beds. Full closet with hangers and shelves.
Bathroom 2- Located in the hall next to bedroom 2 & 3.
Kitchen- The kitchen is fully stocked with dishwater and silverware, brand new appliances, toaster, & coffee maker.
Living room- The kitchen, dining and living room is open concept. The fireplace comes with Remote to adjust heat and fire light. The ROKU tv has many streaming app options.
Washer and dryer closet is located by the front door.
Our home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
We will send you further instructions on how to enter the home upon booking and payment.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT: This property features an unfenced pond on the premises. For safety reasons, all guests—especially families with children—must exercise caution around the water. Children must be supervised at all times when outdoors. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the presence of the pond and accept responsibility for their own safety. Please note, the pond is not suitable for swimming due to its proximity to horses and runoff, so swimming is at your own risk. We don’t recommend it as it could lead to illness. Tenant agrees to have a responsible adult supervising minors. The tenant is hereby notified that the pond can be dangerous and the tenant accepts fully the risks involved.
•No parties allowed
•Do not flush personal hygiene products or anything other than toilet paper, as we have a septic tank
•No smoking inside the home; all cigarette butts must be cleaned up outside prior to check out
•Please take care of the furnishings and do not rearrange
•No pets allowed

For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have a single camera located at the entry of the house. This camera monitors the front door area only and is in place to help ensure the security of both the home and everyone staying with us.
