This spacious, couple- and pet-friendly villa offers two cozy bedrooms, a large private pool, garden spaces, and the comfort of thoughtful amenities. Whether you're planning a weekend with friends, a celebration with family, or a relaxing couple's retreat, our home is designed to offer both serenity and connection.
The space
Step inside to a thoughtfully arranged space that brings together comfort, charm, and function. The villa features two king-sized bedrooms, one with attached bathroom and one with dedicated bathroom which is outside the bedroom, attached to living area. both rooms features AC, ceiling fans, wardrobes, dressing mirrors, and extra blankets and pillows to ensure restful nights.

Bathrooms
Bathrooms are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with toiletries, towels, geysers, and exhaust fans—everything you need for a refreshing experience.

Living Area
Living room is the perfect hangout zone with a 42-inch TV, music system, cozy sofa chair seating for 8, and an AC to keep things cool.

Kitchen
The kitchen is a fully equipped, ideal for heavy cooking. Guests have full access to the kitchen. It comes with an induction cooktop, microwave, mixer/grinder, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, and induction cookware.
Bring your ingredients and cook up a feast. If you prefer not to we have a menu from which you can order your favourite delicacies, and yes, outside food is allowed.



Outdoor Spaces
Step outside, and you'll find the true soul of the villa. A 30x10 ft private pool (5 ft depth) awaits you, alongside a separate kids’ pool for the little ones. Whether it's a morning dip or a midnight swim, the pool is available at all hours. Pool towels and lights are provided, and the filtration system ensures clean, fresh water throughout your stay.
Our natural grass garden is fenced and safe, with space to host up to 150 guests for events. Outdoor lighting, a bonfire and barbecue kit available for ₹500 each—perfect for evening gatherings under the stars.

Pool Rules – For Your Safety & Enjoyment
Pool dimensions: 30x10 ft, 5 ft deep
1. No Lifeguard On Duty: Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, even while using the kids pool (2 ft).
2. Foot Rinse Before Entering: Please rinse off sand/dirt before entering the pool.
3. No Glass Near the Pool: Use plastic cups only. Broken glass is hazardous and will incur a cleaning fee.
4. No Diving or Rough Play: The pool is 5 ft deep, jumping or diving is not permitted for safety reasons.
5. Pool Towels Provided: Please don’t use indoor towels for the pool.
6. No Food in the Pool: Enjoy snacks at the garden seating area instead.
7. Alcohol & Swimming: Drink responsibly, excessive alcohol and swimming don’t mix.
8. Emergency Contact: In case of emergency, call the caretaker immediately
