Happy center - new apartment in city center, Free Wi-Fi, Air Conditionig

The 50 square apartment consists of living room with couch, one bedroom with double bad and sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, and everything you need for a pleasant stay ...
* Free Wi-Fi (high speed) is available in all the apartment, air conditioner in a living room and bedroom, washing machine, dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, fridge, freeze, TV, hair dryer and all kitchen equipments...
*We will be always available if you need any help about getting around, or tip about Belgrade's landmark, heritage, nightlife etc.
*No cleaning fee but expect the house clean as much as possible.
*Linen and 2 towels per person are waiting for you in apartment. If you are staying 7 or more than 7 days we change towels afrer 4 or 5 days.

Checking in/out should be flexible, except if there are other guests either checking out on the same day you arrive, or checking in on the same day that you are departing. In that case the check in and out times are as following:
-Check out time is 10:00 am
-Check in time is 14:00 pm

Guests can access the entire flat and nobody will be present in apartment during your stay. Apartment is all yours. I don't live in it. I communicate and interact with my guests during stay only if they want and need to. You will have all the privacy in apartment that you wish for.

Parking in the city could be a problem, but there is no need for you to worry about that. Two public garage (working 00-24) is around 0,55 cents per hour and it is literally 3 minutes away.

Extra cleaning during your stay, if requested - 15€

There are public transport to all
Near apartment is Skadarlija Street, Kalemegdan fortress, Parliament of Serbia and Assembly of the City of Belgrade, etc....

If we estimate there is a possibility for something to be destroyed, we can require a deposit up to 100euro, or ask you to sign a contract where you agree to pay for damage you made.
