We were very impressed by the responsiveness of the property manager Ashley. She replied promptly to emails and would also show up in person for our issues when needed, and there were a few issues. E.g., the bed was uncomfortably firm enough that it left my wife somewhat sore the entire trip, even after we were able to soften it a bit with a comforter Ashley provided and blankets. The couch was the only other sleeping option but it was just as firm; it could probably be replaced by more comfortable seating, as well. The tv didn't work multiple days but Ashley did come and get it going. Water regularly pooled in the bathroom by the toilet so we had to use the mat and small towels to sop it up, then took them out front to dry out and then repeated the process. It would be great to have a/c throughout the unit, access to shade like a beach umbrella for sitting out front and to have more info or instructions left like we've had at other VRBOs on local attractions or using things like the gas stove. If you go, bring your own beach towels. While there isn't a washer or dryer, we were able to easily hand wash some items in the large laundry tub. The appliances all worked well and the water pressure was good. We enjoyed several restaurants on Hwy. 1 at the base of Holder's Hill, like The Roti Den, Karibu, De Clay Oven, and Fuschia for dessert.
