Spacious bedroom in characterful period flat ensuite bathroom

The flat is on a quiet private road close to the city centre. The bedroom has its own little outdoor seating area, and is well set up for relaxing or working. You're welcome to cook, work and hang out in the large shared living-dining room. The house is just inside Princes Park, a beautiful place to walk, run or play tennis. Off-road parking, ten minutes by cycle, bus or taxi to the city centre.

The space
The bedroom has a king-size bed and plenty of storage for clothes and belongings. You can sit comfortably and relax here, in the little patio outside, or in the living-dining room. It's a great space to do yoga - mat and strap provided, along with essentials such as hair dryer, shampoo etc. If you want to work there is a classic desk in the bedroom, you’re also welcome to set yourself up at the large table in the living-dining room. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and has both a shower and a bath. In the kitchen you'll find everything you need to cook, teas, coffee and dairy/non-dairy milk.

We are in a grade two listed building, on the lower ground floor. Outside, the path into Princes Park is just up the steps and over a little road (more of a gravel track), where there is also plenty of off-road parking.

Other things to note
You have sole use of the bathroom for stays of one or two nights, for longer stays I may use the shower during the day.
