For your convenience, we offer a completely contactless check-in experience. You’ll receive a unique front door code 2 days prior to arrival, allowing for secure, easy entry at any time—day or night.

Management:
Our property is expertly managed by Rather Be Properties, and we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us through the Vrbo app, by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.
Pool Heater/Cleaner:
The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (plus tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Please note: our pool cleaner comes only on Monday and Thursday mornings. He will access the property through the side gate and should not disturb you during your stay.
Desert living:
This home, like many in Indio, is located in the desert where sand is common and can be carried by the wind. On windy days, the pool may catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always do their best to remove it, but in some cases, a small amount may remain in the pool.
Pet-Friendly Accommodation:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog
Gated Neighborhood:
There is a guard gate to access the gated neighborhood where our home is located. We will need to collect all guests names and license plate numbers for easy access into and out of the community. Max of 3 cars.
House Rules
• Our home is located in a gated community. To ensure smooth entry, we’ll need the names of all guests and your vehicle’s license plate to register with security. Only three vehicles allowed, street parking is not permitted.
• Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. Per city permitting maximum day time occupancy is 10.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No pets allowed in pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool.
• BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations, including all rules on the City`s `Good Neighbor Brochure`, provided prior to checkin. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
