Rustic ski-lodge-inspired 2BR/2BA townhome in gated SLC townhome community. King bed, 2 queen beds, pullout couch, rooftop deck with mountain & city views, 2-car garage, and fully stocked kitchen, sauna (open year-round), cold plunges (closed for winter), perfect for ski trips or city escapes.

PARKING:



On the kitchen counter there will be a garage sensor. You will use this to enter the gated community. The garage has a clearance width of 7.7 FT and height of 7.2 FT. It is a 2-car stackable garage meaning one car park in front of the other. This is not an ideal garage for large SUVs. There is plenty of free street parking directly in front of the townhome.



**This townhome does require 2 flights of stairs to get from the garage to the main living area and bedrooms. To access the rooftop you must go up one more flight of stairs.



Note: Minut device is installed in the unit. Minut monitors sound levels, and notifies you when it detects loud noises. It keeps our home safe and neighbors happy while respecting our guests' privacy. No Intrusive Cameras or audio recording devices, this only monitors noise levels based on decibels.

A sound's loudness is measured in decibels (dB). Normal conversation is about 60 dB, a lawn mower is about 90 dB, and a loud rock concert is about 120 dB. This device is set to notify you by text if noise goes over 75 decibels for 10 minutes or more. If you get a text message from the device please make sure you keep the noise levels down as requested.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome, including the rooftop deck with stunning mountain and city views. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals, and utilize the 2-car garage for secure parking. The property is located in a gated community, providing an extra layer of security and privacy.

This townhome is deep cleaned between each stay to ensure our guests are welcomed to a safe and clean space. We also, provide all of our guests with a welcoming gift!

Our stay here was great. The space was extremely clean and in good condition. The host sent clear directions for checking in and out, and checked on us numerous times. The roof deck was a nice feature, especially the hammock. I really don’t have any complaints, and I would definitely stay here again.A couple things to think about before you book: there is an abundance of stairs, which was fine for us, but maybe not for everyone. The garage, as noted, is narrow. It’s probably fine for most cars, but not for my full-size, crew cab pickup. However, it was easy to find parking in front of the building. The only other thing I would say is that the walls are thin and we could hear the people next to us partying.None of that is the host’s fault, and again, this was a great space at a good value. A 5-star experience for sure.

Check-in and check-out were seamless and so easy! The hosts were responsive and very easy to work with. The space could be noisy with neighbors walking up their stairs or on their hardwood floors, but if you are used to condo/apartment living, this may not be an issue. Beds were comfortable and linens were as well. Shower pressure excellent! Toiletries were also excellent-not watered down as I sometimes find in rentals. The description states “a fully stocked kitchen”, however it lacked basic things like measuring cups and spoons, baking sheets and a baking pan. If you are planning on cooking, I hope the host adds to the kitchen. Very clean!!! Overall, a nice experience. Close to Liberty Park and downtown (10 min drive). A nature trail behind the Capitol Buildng was nice-10 min drive and free parking, if you can’t get up to the mountains. Nice private rooftop area to relax.

This townhome is very comfortable, spacious, and well stocked. Great access to Trolley Square, the University of Utah, downtown SLC, Temple Square, great restaurants, etc. this was a summer trip for us, but we enjoyed the ski theme!! The garage is small/tight but still accommodating our truck-we needed to be very careful- better for a smaller vehicle. We also had no trouble parking on the street- safe. The accommodation does require you take 2 flights of stairs to get to it- no elevator. The host was very helpful and responsive when needed. Great place! We would stay there again!

This was a great place to stay! Felt safe in the area and it was awesome to have the extra security of a gated community with a garage. The garage is just as listed, single car (could do 2 tandem parked), very skinny, but we have a Hyundai palisade and it fit. The space was awesome, VERY comfy beds!!! No leaving with a back ache from days on a bad mattress!! There was ample laundry detergent to run our laundry as needed and plenty of dishwasher detergent to run the dishes daily as we used all dishes daily as a family of 5. Could use a cheese grater and a baking sheet- gorgeous kitchen but no way to bake something in the oven (chicken nuggets, not a 3 tier cake ) and we needed a cheese grater one night. There were only 3 garbage bags for a 5 night stay and our family definitely fills a small garbage can daily so it would have been nice to have a few more garbage bags, but we made it work. The private rooftop deck was awesome! We loved spending time up there in the morning and evening. The stairs became a running joke for everyone who came to see us, there are a lot, so keep that in mind if stairs are an issue for you. Once you get up to the unit, it’s all one level but you have 4 sets of 7-8 stairs to go up to get there. Would absolutely stay again as this was a very centrally located place, close to transit, close to restaurants, parks, etc. Great stay, will stay again!
