A great place to bring your family or a group of friends if you're visiting or returning home to the area.

Great stay, nice place to gather with family. Lake view was very nice as well. Unfortunately, the lake cannot be used (only for campground and mobile home owners there, as per the campground owner). Also, the basement with the twin beds is not connected internally to the rest of the house (you have to go outside via the stairs to the back deck). Owner was very responsive to issues as they arose.

I truly cant say enough about our stay. We had such a relaxing 6 days. Not only do you have the absolutely beautoful lake but you are literally 11 minutes from Edinboro Lake. Amy was so responsive. We needed minor things and within minutes she responded. We needed some recommendations on a few things and again responded not only within minutes but was right on target of what we needed. We all needed a reset including our kiddos 16 and 10 and this was just the place. We all had an amazing time fishing in the lake. The kids had a blast riding the bikes that are provided. Everything is literally at your finger tips.

Time slows down on the lake! Watching all the animals in their natural habitat is truly special! Being surrounded by God's creation is magnificent! Thankful for the family memories made at the cabin!!

Picture perfect

This is one of the best properties we’ve stayed in in Pennsylvania. We completely missed for the first couple of days that there’s an entire room downstairs dedicated to an on-site play center. It’s very quiet in the views are incredible of the lake. We brought our dogs And they enjoyed not being around anybody else.

We needed downtime

It is very quiet at the cottage, particularly in the rain, and we got the downtime that we needed reading, sitting on the deck when it wasn't raining, watching movies.....it was definitely good for a getaway.

Fantastic View

This was a wonderful place to stay. The home was clean and very well maintained. It had everything anyone could possibly need. The view was fantastic, and the area was quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.

Lovely Property

We needed a last minute stay for a soccer tournament at Edinboro University and found this little gem. We walked in wishing we didn’t have to leave . The property had everything we could possibly need and we were able to enjoy the amazing deck and firepit Saturday night . Amy was very accommodating and answered any questions we had fairly quickly . Will definitely come back again .

So Peaceful!

We positioned ourselves in Cambridge Springs PA so that we could travel up to 6 hours northeast to 6 hours southwest to catch the 2024 Eclipse. We were fortunate that we needed to only travel about 2 hours west to Ohio to catch the best weather. We would have had a wonderful view from the Cambridge Springs location, but were unsure about the weather. The cottage was homey and well stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t take advantage of the game room in the basement, preferring to cozy up with a good book or a movie, but it looked like great fun. The lake views from the deck and the sunsets were gorgeous! We were mesmerized by the beavers that crossed the lake back and forth all day long. There was plenty of green space for the dogs and we loved the quiet neighborhood. The local farmers market and chocolate shop are a must-see for delicious treats! Great stay and the hosts, Amy and Robin, responded immediately when we had a minor issue with the shower. We would definitely book again if we were looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat.

Beautiful relaxing spot on a serene lake... and ping pong!

This cozy cottage on a small hill above a serene lake provided a relaxing retreat for four older dudes... old enough to need a relaxing retreat but not so old that we couldn't go out to explore the lake with the provided kayaks or engage in some fiercely competitive ping pong on the very nice table in the first floor apartment. Amy was very responsive and helpful, the place was super comfortable and quiet, and everything worked out great!

Perfect relaxation spot

The place was even cuter in person! The property is beautiful. So peaceful and relaxing. Everything we could have possibly needed except clothes and food was provided. Amy is super welcoming, responsive, and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Huge, Beautiful, Comfortable Home on the Lake

This home was absolutely wonderful! So much space! Loved the enclosed porch bedroom, the deck and furniture, the view, the hammock chairs, the basement with ping pong. The four of us had an amazing time. The kitchen is great! Fully stocked, newer appliances. I cooked plenty. Great communication. No complaints!

Very Helpful

The property was beautiful and the managers were very helpful with any questions that we had. The binder had everything we needed to know about the area. Very simple and straightforward. We had a great time!

Great vacation spot

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a lovely place. The scenery is nice and the available amenities were great. We were able to back and forth between Erie and here with no problems and it is a fantastic ride. We had no major problems, the only thing I would mention is that the porch bedroom is not air conditioned which was a downside. The downstairs setup is quite different than I expected but we did not use it other than to play table tennis. Overall the stay was great and we would definitely consider coming back!

Five Star Relaxation!!

Although we live at the Jersey shore, we had to head to the Erie area Fourth of July weekend for our nephews wedding. To ease the pain of having to leave the beach on a holiday weekend, we decided to make a little vacation out of it. In my search for an VRBO, I stumbled upon this house and we couldn’t have been happier! Although the house is CLEAN, comfortable and very cute, our favorite spot was the back deck overlooking the lake. Each morning we'd have our coffee on the deck and watch the birds of every color flutter around, a doe and her fawns stroll along the bank, muskrat swimming around and eagles soaring overhead. It was unbelievable peaceful and beautiful. In the evening, we'd head out to the deck again, light the gas fire pit and relax some more. Other highlights of this property are the comfy beds, the ping pong table (my husband couldn't be beaten), the availability of bikes, kayaks and cornhole games as well as the easy communication with Amy. I don't know if we will be back in the area in the future, but if we are, we'd love to rent the house again.

Charming

My girlfriends and I were looking for a nice getaway for the weekend when I stumbled upon this rental. Already familiar with the area we thought we would give this place a try. Well, we LOVED it !!! The hostess Amy was wonderful. The cottage was close to everything,. The views from the deck were beautiful. The beds were so comfortable everyone of us had a good nights sleep. The fire table was so relaxing. We even went kayaking and all of us even got a massage. We all talked about what we are going to do our next trip...Again THANKS Robin and Amy for sharing this beautiful place with us.

Beautiful lake view

This is a comfortable, nothing-fancy cottage with a wonderful view of the lake. We love birds and wildlife and were thrilled to see a bald eagle twice on our first day, many geese with goslings following behind, and a muskrat (?) swimming by from time to time. It's only about 40 minutes to Presque Isle for serious warbler watching, and we also enjoyed the walk right around our own lake. Our host Amy was very helpful and even added Hulu Live to their TV service so we could satisfy our daily Jeopardy craving!

We are sisters who grew up in the area and find our family's property a retreat and place to reconnect with nature, family, and friends. One of us now lives in California and the other is in Erie. Together we love to create and improve on our Li'l Love, welcoming others to experience its magic.

Our parents found this gem when they sold the home we grew up in and downsized. As they lived on the Lake they bought up property, gutted, and polished what was there. Today we have 3 homes for our large family which we enjoy and thought others would, too.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The back deck is a place of peace and nature. From sunsets to sounds it is so special and inspiring. Every season is gorgeous and raw in its own way. The front sleeping porch is perfect in a thunderstorm with windows surrounding and the sounds consuming. We're building out the basement; it's so much fun to huddle down there or watch the children play.
