Great Views Clear Lake Vacation Home

Come enjoy our vacation home on the South Side of Clear Lake Iowa. This property has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living areas, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, loft with Hawks-Nest balcony deck. The Captains' quarters has a King memory foam bed and the Mermaid quarters has a queen-sized memory foam bed. The Crew quarters are great for kids with bunk beds and trundle. Lastly for really big groups, the loft can sleep 4 with 2 foam beds and a sofa. Kids and teens also love loft area as a hang out spot as well. Kids are always welcome and the house misses the sound of little feet and the energy all children bring.

Home has 2 baths and a continuous water heater for plenty of hot water.

For entertainment, we have a smart TV for streaming, DVD player, whole home Wi-Fi as well as a
1980's 60-game cocktail table arcade machine (Galaga, Pac-Man, Donkey-Kong, Space Invaders, Frogger, etc.). Numerous board games and bags equipment. Or curl up with a good book on one of the three decks and watch the world go by.

Cement Parking available for 4 cars which is a rarity being this close to the lake.
