We are located in Magnolia's Premier RV Resort, which not only offers year-round relaxing and enjoyable on-site activities and amenities, but also provides easy access to many nearby attractions. No matter the time of year, there are many exciting things for everyone to do.

This is a gated resort protected by security cameras. You will receive a gate code and clubhouse code, which you may use to access the resort for the entire duration of your stay. The clubhouse code allows you to access all of the amenities of the resort, including the laundry room, gym, game room, swimming pool, lounge area, and more. Your booking includes parking for two cars.

With instant booking, you will get the access gate code and door code right after you fill out the Resort Guest Form. The Guest Form will be sent soon after you make your booking.

Our unit is self check-in, check-out, with a door code. You will be entirely undisturbed throughout your stay!
We have a no-pets policy. We also love our furry friends, but please do not bring your pets with you.

The pond in the center of the resort is a work-in-progress by the facility, so please do not expect a crystal-blue pond. This aside, the pond is populated with many fish, and catch-and-release recreational fishing is welcomed and encouraged!
• Awning: Please close the awning after each use. In case of damage, keep the awning closed as wind can damage the awning and trailer. Repairing such damage will be expensive and is the responsibility of the guests.

We are in the Texas so there are bugs and critters around. We have routine pest control services performed regularly. We recommend keeping the doors closed when not in use, to keep things from flying in, but if you experience any unwanted visitors let us know and will do our best to assist with getting them out.

Liability: You accept that activities like hiking, swimming, fishing and pond are at your own risk. We encourage all guests to take extra caution with these amenities and assume full responsibility for their safety.
