Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, a whole house duplex accessible for rent to accommodate up to 8 people. This home is on a quiet country neighborhood road, just 11 miles from downtown Knoxville. The home has separate entrances (no adjoined interior doors). Each unit has a fully stocked kitchen, washer, and dryer, and full bathroom with tub and shower. The home has parking for 4 vehicles and a shared outdoor patio and fire-pit. The back entrance has a wheelchair ramp (home is not ADA accessible).

This home is a single level home split into a duplex. The whole house is available for rent to accommodate a max of 8 guests. (See separate listings for individual unit bookings if needed)
-Unit A (front entrance), sleeps 3 people: 1 bedroom (queen bed) with TV, 1 bathroom with shower/bath combo, full kitchen with w/d, coffee maker, Keurig, dining room table, desk, living room, tv with sound bar, front sitting porch, and 1 Twin XL Roll-away bed, games, books, extra linens, ceiling fans, and iron with ironing board.
-Unit B (side and back entrance), sleeps 5 people: 1 bedroom (2 queen beds) with TV, 1/2 bath, living room with additional full bath including separate soaking tub, and shower, w/d, fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker and keurig, kids games, extra linens, iron with ironing board, back deck with table, living room with couch that converts to a twin bed.
1) This home can not accommodate parties or events.
2) All overnight guests must be accounted for at time of booking, or approved with owners if changes occur after booking. NO over the max guests allowed (due to septic and fire code).
3) We are unable to accommodate pets and there is NO smoking, NO vaping allowed. A minimum of $275 fine for non-compliance, as well as termination of reservation and additional cleaning fee may occur.
4) Quiet hours are 10pm - 6am.

I'm originally from CO, now in the southeast. I had the privilege to serve our country for many years and traveled the world on special assignments with the Army. Now, as an Army Special Forces combat Veteran, I am working toward laying down roots for my family since I am finally home. During my travels, and away from my family, I came to appreciate a well prepared and thoughtful space. My wife has joined forces with me to provide a comfortable, and economical, home-away-from-home for our guests. My home was built by a WWII Veteran for he and his family, and later had an addition added. The home is in an older and quieter rural neighborhood, on a large lot, yet very close to common shops, and near main roads to get to downtown and surrounding areas.
