I can accept a 1-night stay for a weekend night if the date is within 2-days. Otherwise, Friday or Saturday nights are a mandatory 2-night minimum stay meaning: Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday.

Two Bedroom: King in master, two full beds in second bedroom, sleeper sofa in living area. Maximum occupancy is 8.

Boat launch, slips, and boat/trailer parking is located close by at Lake Lynden B. Johnson Marina.

Great place for the family

We had a great week staying at the condo as it has everything you need. The owner was easy to book with and checkin was smooth. The pool was great and location is easy to get into Marble Falls or Cottonwood Shores for restaurants. We will come stay again!

Exceptional stay! Staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all the ā€˜to doā€™sā€™ nearby. Owners communicated well & weā€™re very kind. The view was breathtaking from our balcony and the pool deck! We had a fabulous time & will be returning for sure!

It was a quick day/night to get away and spend some time with the family. Beautiful view of the lake, clean place and comfortable beds. Appliances worked well for cooking the kids a pizza and it was fairly quiet. Also, was able to use the hot tub with kids and make smores, would stay longer next time.

Great short stay

We stayed here for a few nights and it was a perfect location for our staycation. Right near the water with a view from almost everywhere on the property. Everything felt clean and very well taken care of. The condo was modern and stocked with anything we could have needed. The hosts were thorough and easily contactable. Will definitely be back again.

Great location for a family trip

This property was perfect for our family lake vacation. There was plenty of space for everyone and room to make meals and relax together. The grills were very convenient for meals, since they were just steps from our condo. Front desk was very helpful with anything we needed. Kitchen was well appointed and had enough supplies to make any meal. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would do differently is request a second floor room. Could hear upstairs neighbors walking at all hours.

Fantastic!

Very clean, well appointed. The bathrooms were large. The beds very comfortable and clean. Plenty of bath/bed linens. Black-out curtains in bedrooms. Could not hear neighbors above nor on sides. The washing machine in our unit was a "green" appliance so it filled the tub with a small amount of water (there's no option to select load size). I had a large load of shorts, shirts, and socks (2 adults and 2 children). It really didn't clean our clothes. They smelled dirty after the wash cycle was done. Property maintainence was kind to assist us and confirmed we were using it properly. Next time I'll bring my own clothes detergent and do several small loads. Other than the washing machine it was a great unit and property. The property owner was a breeze to work with. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location for Marble Falls

Great location for Marble Falls and I would like to start with saying that there is lots of space with two bedrooms two baths and a full kitchen, along with a beautiful view of the lake. What I found irritating was having to pay for Wi-Fi and finding that there was not a smart TV or someway for the children/grandchildren to watch any shows at the end of the evening.

Not a Resort!!

By definition I would consider World Mark by Wynham a lodging, definitely Not a Resort!! Beds were comfortable but it does not have the amenities you expect of a resort. The rooms are very austere and not inviting. Being an artist I was not impressed with the adolescent art. The view from the balcony was not the view we saw on the website unless we peeked to the right. The walk-in shower with handicap bars was scary for one of our friends as the water puddled on the floor outside the shower. This really could cause serious harm!! Also every resort I have been in has Wi_Fi??? We were told we had to pay for it!!?? On the site one of the amenities was a hot tub and I understand the reason for not having it but take it off the site. All of us feel strongly we were paying high dollar for a view we did not get along with the amenties you expect from a Resort

We enjoyed the condo and thankfully the front office was gracious to work to get us checked in at 4 since thatā€™s what our reservation said- but check is actually 5pm. And check out is 10am. Also, due to Covid, many of the on-site amenities are closed or restricted. Pool time is only by appointment, which fills up fast. No hot tub use, not splash pad use, no gym use, no ice machine, etc.... quite a few restrictions. The condo was very nice and clean, though.

Nice birthday trip!

The condo has a nice layout. The master has 2 separated sink areas which was brilliant!!! Propert has a great view of the lake. Close to anything you need in marble falls.

Nice Condo, Terrible Management

Only rented for 1 night, the condo accomodated us just fine. The check in process was a different story. Management was rude. I tried to get a 1 hr early check in, condo was not ready. Understandable, but management would not even get me registered so that when condo was ready we could get in quickly when it was ready. Check in was supposed to be 4pm. Upon arrival we were informed that check in would be after 5pm. Staff did not provide enough linens for our 1 night stay, and made us come to office to get them. One of the reasons for staying at this property was the pool. Find out pool hours are 11am-2pm closed between 2pm-3pm opens back up at 3pm tgen closes at 6pm. What a joke. Wifi is an additional charge. No anti slip in shower, nearly slipped. Overall, I would NOT recommend this property due to poor property management. Sincerely, Disappointed Traveler

Relaxing Place

The property was great. It was nice and quiet. Close to the town and lake area. One negative comment is we did not get to enjoy the pool area due to Covid 19 limited hours so that was disappointing. Otherwise it would have been a great place to hang out. Maybe on the next trip..

Everything was great. Although AC stopped working about 3 am on Thursday night and could not be turned down any lower than 77 and was very warm the rest of the night until check out
