- Decorations should be easy to remove and should not cause damage to the property (e.g., no confetti, tape on walls, or anything that may leave marks or residue).

- If you want a **professional setup** (like flower arrangements or custom decorations), please let us know well in advance. We can coordinate with local vendors at an additional charge.

2. **Flowers, Gifts, and Personal Items**

- Special requests for gifts or items (e.g., custom cakes, engagement rings, etc.) need to be provided at least **3-5 days before the event** to allow time for sourcing and delivery.

3. Service Request Approval
- All special service requests (e.g., decorations, catering, flowers, etc.) must be approved by the host **at least 7 days in advance**. This helps ensure that we can accommodate your needs and coordinate with third-party vendors if necessary.
- Please provide details of your request (e.g., type of service, preferred delivery times, or specific requirements) when contacting us.

4. **Spa and Wellness Services**
- If you’re looking to arrange a **spa day** or **relaxation services** (e.g., massage therapists, beauty services), we can assist in coordinating those services at an additional cost. Please provide details on the type of service and preferred time.
- All spa services must be **conducted professionally**, and we will ensure proper space and privacy for the treatments.

5. **Custom Requests and Special Arrangements**
- If you have any other **custom requests** for your celebration (e.g., a specific theme or unusual requirement), please reach out to us **at least 7 days before the event** so we can ensure we have enough time to accommodate your needs.
- Keep in mind that special requests may involve additional charges, and we will provide a clear breakdown of any costs involved before confirming the services.

6. **Additional Charges**
- Most special services (e.g., decoration, catering, or extra supplies) will come with an **additional fee**, which will be communicated upfront for approval. These fees must be settled prior to check-in or at least 48 hours before the event.
