Newly constructed house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Situated in guarded and peaceful high end subdivision suitable for resting and away from the noise of the city. The subdivision features a clubhouse with tennis, basketball court and air conditioned event hall. The Hall which can be rented out by Santos Land can caters to your special event. The property is at close proximity of not more than 10 minutes drive from the airport (fronting airport entrance is the road going to the subdivision).

Two bedrooms are available for the guest(s) use including the Master Bedroom with own bathroom. The rooms are air conditioned and we offer complimentary basic toiletries and towels. The third bedroom is occupied by the property manager and she ensures that you will have a comfortable stay in our property.

Two bathrooms are available for your use. One is for guests private use in the master bedroom and one common bathroom. Both bathrooms are with heated shower if required.

Washing machine is available for guests use for an extra charge of Php50 per use. We offer free washing of the linens and towels if required.

The shared kitchen is equipped with microwave, stove, pots and pans and kitchen utensils making it easier for you to cook your meals. We also have a tap filter to provide you with Alkaline water. Mineral water is also available if that is what you prefer. We offer free 1 meal to our guests who stays 3 days or more.

The shared living room has 40 inch Smart TV with cable channels. Landline is available for local calls, making it easier to call Taxi Hotlines if needed. Wi fi is available making it easier for you to connect to the digital world.

Our place, over all is well kept and we ensure that the place is clean all the time. The owner is clean freak and hate pests, so she is asking that the guests keep their food in the kitchen and do not leave dirty dishes on the sink. The property manager can offer cooking, washing and cleaning services for a fee. If these extra services are required, please arrange with the in house property manager.

Our price posted is for the use of the two rooms for Standard occupancy of 4 people. We offer reduced price from the daily rate of Php 200.00 per less person but with minimum charge for 2 person, 1 room (maximum of Php400 reduced price from the daily rate). Extra person with extra floor mattress is charged Php 200/day.

Cook meals are offered for an extra charge depending on the requested meal. This extra service need to be pre-arranged with the property manager.
