Our Commitment to Sustainability

At Elevated Rentals Fernie, sustainability is part of how we host. We use reusable, refillable bottles for all soaps, shampoos, and conditioners—each filled with locally crafted Soco Soaps products to reduce waste and support Fernie makers. We choose Canadian‑made bamboo toilet paper, a more sustainable alternative to traditional paper products, and our cleaning practices are both thorough and eco‑conscious, designed to minimize environmental impact while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. Your stay directly supports a greener, more responsible style of hospitality.

Guest Access:

The studio condo and deck/ bbq is all yours. The common areas of the building, the pool, gym, hot tub, steam room and coin laundry are all shared.

The Silver Rock Condos is located in one of Fernie’s most convenient in‑town spots — perfectly positioned between the historic downtown and the world‑class terrain of Fernie Alpine Resort. Guests enjoy the ease of being close to everything while still tucked into a quiet, scenic residential area.

The suite was very clean had all the amenities that I needed. Much nicer than staying in a hotel! Only disappointment was that the pool, hot tub, and steam room were closed. Still not a deterrent, I found this to be great value!

Thank you so much for your kind words — I’m really glad you enjoyed the suite and found it to be a comfortable alternative to a hotel. It means a lot that you still felt it offered great value. I do want to gently note that the pool, hot tub, and steam room closures were listed and visible at the time of booking, as the building was undergoing scheduled maintenance. I completely understand the disappointment, though — those amenities are such a nice bonus when they’re available. I appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope we can welcome you back when everything is fully reopened.
