We are nestled in the hillside of Wayne National Forest. This is the lower level of a 1 family private home. Private entrance and private quarters. In additional to the Living room, bathroom, Kitchenette, and bedrooms you will have access to the use of a separate Man cave that is a shared area and has a bar, pool table, 65'" Flat screen, Full size fridge, Fire pit, and Gas fireplace. We also offer a Microwave, Electric stove and full size oven, Electric skillet, pots and pans, cooking essentials, and Coffee bar. The bathroom is fully stocked with all of your essentials and Linens are provided. Cable TV and Free Wifi. The area is private and secure. In the nearby town of Nelsonville you could visit the Hocking Valley Scenic railroad, Rocky Outlet store, ATV trails, Canoeing with Adventure Pro Outdoors, restaurants, Local shopping and The fun barn movie theatre or go Horse back riding at the Nearby Smokerise ranch resort. All Coffee supplies are provided, and wood for the fire pit. We have added many extras to this property, New Beds, New TV's, New Towels, and Linens. We want your stay to be as carefree as possible. We can accommodate most situations.

Please remember this is NOT a full private home. This is the lower level of our private family home. Your area is secure and totally separate from our living area. Also take note that we do have three friendly dogs on the property. They live outside. For this reason we have a strict no pet policy. They are friendly and are in a kennel when we are not around.
