3 bedroom bungalow with huge lanai and fenced in yard on quiet cul-de-sac

Great location for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. I love to cook, so the kitchen is well equipped. Most guests have commented on how they love to eat, exercise or just relax on the huge sunroom. There is a huge fenced in yard, perfect for pets. For those nights when you feel like barbecuing, we provide a propane barbecue grill. Great entertainment is nearby. The Barbra Mann Theater often hosts some of the vocal groups we love. For live dinner theater the Broadway Palm Theater is just down the street. We often go to The Stage, for dinner, great entertainment, and dancing. Guests have often told us how they loved dining on the water at Joe's Crab Shack and the Parrot Key. We often go to the community pool, an Olympic size pool a 5 minute drive away.

On the weekends it is fun to go to Fleamasters, a large flea market about 15 minutes away. Downtown Fort Myers, about 20 minutes away, is a great place to walk along "The River", with it's great restaurants and shopping.

Our house is the last home on a dead end street, so there is virtually no traffic to keep you up at nights.
