ADDITIONAL FEE'S:

Pet Cleaning Fee (Per Pet)
• $45 fee per pet - We will charge pet fee via Airbnb Resolution Center if we were not able to collect this fee from your stay. Any violation of our pet policy may lead to Airbnb cancellation without any refund.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Fee (based on availability of cleaners)

• $25 for 2PM or $50 for 12PM Early Check-In, subject to host approval.
• $25 for 12PM Late Check-Out, subject to host approval.

Lost Fob or Card Fee

• Guest's must return their fobs cards to the lockbox upon checkout.
• Replacement fee if not returned: $100/fob or card

Parking Information (the parking garage is managed by an independent company)

• The Parking Garage is located right next to the building.
• Rates: $9–$16 per day (subject to CHANGE for special events or policy updates).
○ Rates Reset EVERY TIME you exit the garage.
○ If your car remains in the garage, the rates will reset at midnight.

Important Tips:

• You must obtain a ticket from the machine every time you enter the garage.
• Payment is required EACH TIME you EXIT the garage.
• The Garage has a 6'-0" Clearance

HOUSE RULES:

Pet Rules Policy

• Pet weight limit: 35 lbs.
• No Pitbulls
• All pets must be housetrained
• Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves

No Smoking Policy

• Smoking will result in a $500 fine.

No Party Policy

• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed.
○ Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund.

Noise Curfew Policy

• Noise curfew:
○ 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays)
○ 10 PM–8 AM (weekends)

• Penalties for violation:
○ First: Complimentary warning.
○ Second: $100 fine.
○ Third: Immediate eviction with no refund.

Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy

• This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests.

• For questions or concerns, contact the host directly.

• Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency.

Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy

• Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware.

• Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal.

• Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot.


Guest Policy

• No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.

• Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. (Building Rules)

Local Guest Policy

• No locals (zip codes starting with "441") unless a business/medical exemption is provided and must be approved by the host (Building Rules)

1st code to get into the room was not working. The host was fast to respond and was able to resend a code.Had an early departure and the code to get the key put back was not the same one to retrieve it. Messaged at a super early hour (3am) and was able to make flight and return the key card. For some reason the entire place smelt like seafood the entire time. We did not cook or bring food back was like that when I arrived. Everyone staying there agreed. The fridge was the worst. Overall everything was good. It is close to a lot of things to do in the downtown area and within walking distance. I would say if you are looking for a place downtown this is a good one.
