Our pet fee structure is as follows:

⢠8ā28 nights: Flat $200 fee per pet

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Fee (based on availability of cleaners)

ā Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund.
Noise Curfew Policy

ā First: Complimentary warning.

Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy
⢠This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests.
⢠For questions or concerns, contact the host directly.
⢠Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency.
Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy
⢠Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware.
⢠Please dump food waste in the garbageānot in the sink disposal.
⢠Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot.
Guest Policy
⢠No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.
