Imagine starting your morning with coffee on the porch, the sun rising over the water, and a gentle breeze drifting in. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, with wide, palm-lined streets ideal for biking, walking, or cruising in the golf cart. Scenic boardwalks and nature trails weave through the community, offering serene views of the bay and easy access to the beach.
One of the highlights of WindMark Beach is how everything is close by, yet never crowded. You're just a 2-minute golf cart ride or 5-minute walk to the beach and resort-style pools. The Town Center is a charming hub with a wine bar, coffee shop, restaurants, ice cream, and often live music and events that bring locals and visitors together.

Located in the heart of WindMark Beach in Port St. Joe, Florida, our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
What truly makes it unique is how everything is just minutes away, you’re only a 2-minute golf cart ride or a less than 5-minute walk to the beach, two resort-style pools, a playground, dog park, and the vibrant Town Center, where you’ll find a coffee shop, wine bar, restaurants, ice cream shop, and even live entertainment on select nights. We include a 6-seater golf cart with your stay so you can explore the area with ease!
Our home is also designed with families and groups in mind. It sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably and includes smart TVs, BBQ Grill, a washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 10. For beach days, we provide everything you need, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, and beach umbrella, so you can pack light and enjoy more.
We also offer pet-friendly accommodations (with Pet Fee), so your dog can enjoy the beach too! And after a day of sun and sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax on one of the spacious porches.
Best of all, the peaceful setting of WindMark Beach provides a more private, laid-back experience than busier beach towns. You’ll often find stretches of beach all to yourself, with gorgeous sunsets over the Gulf and starlit skies at night.
