This property requires a three month winter rental for the months of January, February and March. The home is a two bedroom southwest ranch style home built in the Fairways section which is one of the original Green Valley subdivisions. Our guests have remarked about the inviting character of the neighborhood and convenient central location in Green Valley. It is within a block of the Haven Golf Course and East Social Center. The social center has an outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball and complete indoor workout facilities. The home is centrally located in Green Valley and is close to restaurants and other local businesses. There is a farmers market held weekly in the nearby mall that is within walking distance or a short drive from the residence. The floor plan is a traditional living room with an adjacent combined dining area and Arizona room. The larger bedroom has a king type bed that can be split into two twin beds upon request while the second bedroom has a pair of twin beds. The property has an enclosed backyard that is shaded by a large tree with a view to the south.

Amenities include a flat screen TV in the living room , internet service, electric flat top stove, full kitchen utensils, pots and pans, slow cooker, washer and drier, iron and ironing board and a gas outdoor grill.

The home is equipped with towels and linens, bath and kitchen soaps, laundry detergent and paper towels which you can replenish as they are used. Utilities are included.
