Enjoy everything Regal Palms Resort has to offer in this refreshed 3BR townhouse. One bedroom is located downstairs, while the other two are upstairs, including a primary suite with a private balcony. Please note: currently the Lazy river and water slide are not working, they are being repaired. Resort fee: $22/night per reservation. A $300 refundable deposit is required to receive check-in information. Pets are welcome with a $150 fee.

Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

A resort fee of $22 per night applies to all guests in the reservation. Please also remember to complete the security deposit before arrival.

Unauthorized late check-out will result in a penalty equal to the nightly rate, which may be deducted from your security deposit.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Smoking is not allowed on the property. A $300 penalty will apply for smoking, and guests may be removed from the property without a refund.

If excessive noise or inappropriate behavior results in a police call, a $250 penalty will apply, and guests may also be removed from the property without a refund.

Please do not leave trash outside the entrance of the property. A $100 penalty will apply if trash is left outside. Once the trash cans are full, please dispose of garbage in the large bins located at the building entrance.

Pets are allowed with a $150 pet fee.

To help avoid plumbing issues, please do not flush trash or paper towels down the toilet. Kindly use the trash can provided.

Any damage to the interior of the property or common areas may result in a prorated charge to your security deposit and/or booking account.

At check-out, please turn off the lights, A/C, water, and stove/gas, and make sure to lock the door behind you.

All penalties may be automatically charged to your security deposit and/or booking account.
