This area is well-served by major roads, including Mayfield Road and McLaughlin Road, which are key arteries connecting Caledon to Brampton and Beyond. Highway 410 is also readily accessible from this area, making it very convenient for commuters to other parts of the GTA. There is a 4 car driveway with a double car garage at the location, also within 1 min walk to a Brampton transit Bus stop.

Please note that this is our home that you will be living in, as much as we love having you stay with us please be respectful to our home. Please treat our home like how you would treat yours, leave everything as you found them, avoid moving furniture's and for that we will be forever grateful.
● No shoes in the house
● Please do not drag luggage to avoid ruining the hardwood floor
● No food on the couch or in the bedrooms to not stain the sheets and linens
● No smoking, drugs, cannabis or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will result in a $250 fine.
●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
●Owners are extremely allergic and do not allow any type of pets inside the home.
●We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
● Must wash all dishes prior to leaving.
● Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
●There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
●There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items.
