Spacious renovated year round cottage with large private sandy beach on all sports Tee Lake. This cottage location has beautiful views of the sunsets, very quiet, peaceful location. Within minutes to world class golfing at Garland Golf Resort and only 35 minutes to Tree-Tops Golf and Ski Resort or Elk Ridge Golf Resort. Only a few miles to state land marked trails for off road vehicles, hunting or snowmobiling and only a few miles from Lewiston.
Great place for swimming, boating, jet skiing, or any water sports with a large t-shaped private dock to park your water vehicles. Dock also great for fishing or catching minnows and close to fire pit. Private raft you can swim to from shore and also has picnic table close to beach and fire pit. 14' Canoe, paddle boat and fishing boat for you to use while on vacation. Public boat launch very close. Rental company that delivers pontoon, jet ski, fishing or ski boat rental upon request.
Includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, cable TV, internet, washer/dryer and outdoor propane BBQ grill. Home away from home. Wood flooring and cedar walls through out with carpeted bedrooms. Ceramic tile bathrooms and kitchen counter tops. Sleeps 9 people year round. Lots of windows that give you spectacular views of lake with large deck and many trees. Large deck has patio furniture including large table with six chairs, two lounge chairs and large tree table with two patio bar stools. Circular driveway for off road parking.
Great for viewing fall colors, fall golfing or hunting. Great rates for fall activities!

Nice place to stay

We stayed here for the Sno*Drift Rally this year and the place was nice and located near where we needed to be. There was plenty of room for parking a couple of trailers and several other vehicles, although the narrow gate made getting the trailers in a little tricky.

Perfect cabin

This was exactly what you think of for an up north lake cabin in Michigan. It was cozy, clean, and had a great view of the lake. Lake access was easy for our group of ice fishermen. Shelly made the process easy.

This cottage gives you an authentic cottage feel with the creaking floors (in a good way), knotty pine, interesting nooks and crannies and decor with modern comforts of temperature control in each room, a nice size fridge, more than adequate stove and a good sized grill. There is ample seating in multiple areas including a nice size fire pit. There is something for everyone to enjoy the lake via the window and deck views, the dock, the swim raft, row boat, kayaks and paddle boat.The host has stocked the home with more than the minimum and was very easy to work with. We would definitely consider staying again. It was a gear gathering place for the family and a family celebration.

Great getaway!

We had another great stay at this cabin! The cabin and grounds were very clean. Nice variety of non-motorized boats available. Shelly was on top of everything, and made the process seamless.

Great getaway!

Shelly was a great host, quick to respond. The property/ cabin were very clean and well maintained. The owners allow use of a paddleboat, canoe and row boat (all in great shape). We used all of them. The lake was quiet, big, clean, clear water, great for boating. The cabin was very spacious with beautiful views. The beach was clean and sandy. The tree trunk table tops outside were great, used them for morning coffee and to play cards on. Water pressure was good, showers were pristine. The neighbor was social, very nice. All of these things made for a great getaway! I highly recommend.

Christmas 2019 stay

We rented this house for a gateway from city to celebrate Christmas. It is very beautiful house - even better than on pictures. The location is also amazing, very peaceful and relaxing. Christmas Day was so quiet- I can’t even describe the feeling of hearing nothing. We really enjoyed playing in the snow by the lake and building a snowman. The kitchen is well stocked up with everything you can possibly need for your cooking needs. The house is also very warm and has so many blankets in case it is really cold outside. The only downside was water - it is not drinkable; so please stock up on drinking water when you are coming here. also internet was not really working - not enough speed to stream anything on your devices. But if you need to escape civilization, but still have some of its advantages, this is the best place!

This cabin is absolutely amazing! You can tell Shelly takes a lot of pride in her property and thought of everything you'll need for your stay! Communication couldn't have been any easier. All the amenities you can think of are available. The view is gorgeous!

Plenty of room

The place took a minute to find because the phones didn't like the address. Ask for directions. Once you get there 10 out of 10. Great place all around. Owner was helpful and easy to work with.

Lewiston

Simply put, this was our favorite cottage we have stayed at to date. The cottage and property were immaculate and the lake was beautiful. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The dock was very nice and allowed for my fishing boat to be easily docked. We could not have asked for more.

We've always loved Northern Michigan and have been vacationing in the Lewiston area our whole lives. We both have families with year-round cottages in the area. We love the beauty of winter and enjoy snow and winter sports. Summer is equally as beautiful with the lake to enjoy the sunsets, water sports and bonfires. Northern Michigan is truly a family paradise.

Our Cottage is spacious, clean and inviting. We believe you will find it to be a convenient location. We love the Lewiston area. Our flat treed lot, sandy beach, and a few miles to town was an instant sell. We have renovated the cottage to make it as accommodating as home. It is truly a vacation get-away for families or romantic and private for couples.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We enjoy going up north by ourselves, with our friends, or with our kids and family. It is truly a peaceful place with plenty of privacy, yet room to bring a large group if you want to enjoy a holiday or have a party. We want everyone to have a good time, but unfortunately we can not accommodate rental parties over 10. I believe everyone needs time to relax and enjoy themselves and this is definitely the place.
