Upon entering, you’ll find a private living area, along with a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed and a full/twin-size bunk bed, perfect for families or small groups. This level also includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo for convenience.
Head upstairs to the main level, where you'll be greeted by soaring vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. The full kitchen is ready for preparing meals, while the adjacent dining and living areas invite you to relax and enjoy each other’s company. A second private bedroom with a queen bed provides a comfortable retreat, and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is also located on this level.

For added relaxation, cozy up near the lovely gas stove fireplace and take in the beauty of your surroundings. The third floor features a semi-private loft area with two twin beds, ideal for kids or extra guests looking for a cozy nook.

This home is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring up to two fur babies to join in the fun! Outside, enjoy the fresh mountain air on two decks, offering plenty of space to relax or dine. Wi-Fi is available for your convenience, making it easy to stay connected during your stay.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
