You’ll have full access to a large outdoor swimming pool, a well-equipped fitness room, beautifully landscaped gardens, and round-the-clock security. Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the private garden patio with outdoor dining area. During your stay, you can also enjoy all the amenities offered by the Royal Park Residence, such as the large outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally), a fully equipped fitness room, beautifully maintained garden areas, and round-the-clock gated security. Access to the apartment is through a private entrance on the ground floor, making it especially convenient for families or guests with strollers or luggage. Free parking is often available near the residence, though it is subject to availability.

Important Information Regarding VAT - Israeli Citizens: Please note that VAT ( 18% ) is not included in the listed prices, thus Israeli Citizens will be requested to pay prior to check-in. - Tourists: According to VAT regulations, tourists with a B/2, B/3, or B/4 visa are exempt from VAT. To confirm your exemption, we will require a photo of your passport and your valid tourist visa prior check-in.
