Nice host. Clean property with enough space to accommodate a family of four. Needs minor repairs such as blinds missing a piece of shutter and timer tissue holders not firmly tightened but no major issues..

Unfortunately there were a few issues with our stay. Starting with the description the property was not near the beach or updated. The pics do not represent the property as the furniture and rugs were dirty. A few things were not working properly, and although the host responded to our concerns, the issues were not fixed during our stay. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review but it had to be done.

We only stayed in this house for one night as we flew in late on our way to the Keys. It is as it looks in the pictures. I gave it a 3 because when we arrived the sheets had not been washed and there was hair in them. Thankfully one of our party had arrived early and bought laundry detergent and washed the sheets before the rest of us arrived. We contacted the owner and sent pictures. He responded quickly and said would address it with the cleaning crew. We were not refunded for any of the cleaning fee. The owner was responsive which was nice. Hopefully the dirty sheets won't be a continued issue.
