Enjoy this immaculate, newly painted home available for weekend, weekly or monthly rentals. Perfect for snowbirds and weekend getaways! This home is fully furnished with all the amenities, large kitchen, fireplace, tile and wood flooring throughout, equipped with ceiling fans in each room, 2 car garage, washer and dryer, water softener, back yard perfect for entertaining with bbq.
Built in 1994, 1254 sq ft. On a 5000 sq ft lot.
kitchen with dining table that seats 6
New wood flooring in the bedrooms and tile throughout the rest of the house.
Easy access to the 40 fwy and less than 5 minutes to Jack Smith launch ramp. Less than 15 minutes to Avi Casino and less than 30 minutes to Laughlin. Close to Lake Mohave and Lake Havasu.

Winter months require a 4 month minimum.

There will be a $500 fee charged for violation of our pet-free policy for deep cleaning and sanitation services.

This one is a gem

This property is perfect. Clean with plenty of parking. Levon and Arika are wonderful hosts. We will make this our go to when staying in the area.

Great place in Mohave Valley

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed the house. The place was clean and comfortable. Close to the river and the marsh, only 15 miles south of Bullhead City. The hosts were great to communicate with. We would highly recommend this property.

Very Comfortable Home

We stayed 2 nights over Thanksgiving. The beds were comfortable and the location was very close to my son's ranch. I want to thank the hosts for allowing us to stay here. When I come back for a visit I would definitely want to rent this property again.

Cozy Home & Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home! The location was perfect (we launch out of Needles Marina)! We enjoyed watching the Olympics in the comfy family room and had plenty of space for the 6 of us! The owners were very helpful and communicative during our stay. Any question or need we had was answered/addressed quickly!

Great Property and Host

We had an extended stay to do some work in the area and the property worked perfectly and the host Levon was accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely stay again if we are in the areas.

Excellent Hosts

We stayed at this beautiful home for three months this past winter. It was super clean, which is a compliment from me since I am a clean freak. Arika and Levon, our hosts, are absolutely wonderful and kind! The best hosts ever! This home has a beautiful enclosed backyard with a block wall, bbq grill, patio, table and a chairs, and fire pit. The master bedroom has the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on in our lives. The master bath also has its own bathroom! The neighbors are wonderful, too. Wish we could have stayed longer. Do not hesitate to book this property. We wanted to keep it a secret so we wouldn't have any competition when we want to book again, but Arika and Levon are the best hosts ever and we want everyone to know it! Animal Safari

We had a family vacation to explore Arizona and this was a great jumping off point. We were able to explore an animal reserve, river boat- river experience and the Grand Canyon.

Perfect!

This location worked very well for us. Close to where we like to launch our boat, clean, and pretty well stocked. The use of the garage to park my motorcycle was a nice surprise. The owner/manager was very quick getting back to us when we had a few questions. Plenty of parking was also convenient. Definitely recomend this property.

Nice clean comfortable little house

the house is very nicely furnished and the beds are super comfy! AC rocked! Some recommendations...there is a kurig no coffee pot...we had to buy a can opener too...lucky we brought a corkscrew for our wine...definitely needed extra toilet paper and at least 1 extra roll of paper towels and would be nice to have another set of clean bath towels available. The driveway does not have enough room for boat and truck so we had to park sideways in front of the house...all minor things. Over all very nice and we would stay there again. Thank you sooo much!

Great place and location.

Super clean and comfortable. Ended up taking the kids and had plenty of room. Very close to launch ramps and gas stations. I’ll definitely stay again.

It was nice

After 15 plus years of staying at the Casinos in Laughlin we decided to try a house. We can not say enough good things about this property, or the owner. We actually felt "at home" in this house. Everything is so comfortable, and the area is very relaxing. You are only about 10/15 minutes from any night life you may want. There is a casino even closer that offers all gaming as well as really nice restaurants. You have everything you need within that 10/15 minutes. Grocery stores, regular shopping, anything... We had room to park our motorcycle trailer and the garage gave us room for a vehicle plus the bike.

Best place on earth

This is definitely one of the best rental homes that I've stayed at. Will definitely come back and stay longer next time. The property manager makes this place very clean and I really enjoyed everything here.

A gem in the desert.

We had a wonderful time at the property. There is plenty of room for gathering and laughing in the common area. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of appliances for cooking meals. The deck in the backyard has a grill and a dining table with plenty of space for star gazing at night. Property is well kept and very clean. Will book again in the future.

We originally purchased this home for our summer pleasure as it offers lots of entertainment and recreation activities! We love the area and have visited here for many years prior to buying this home. There are exciting events all year-round from watersports to OHV recreation, to Casino entertainment. This area has it all. Our hope is that others will enjoy it as much as we do!

It is in a nice quiet community with friendly neighbors and it's centrally located to many destinations such as, Laughlin, Lake Havasu, Lake Mohave and has lots of local entertainment as well. It is close to the 40 fwy so it's easily accessible for those coming from long distances. It is also surrounded by nice places to eat, things to do, and is very close to Jack Smith Launch Ramp and not too far from Topac 66 the "Colorado River Party Headquarters" and Pirates Cove, where people from all over like to hang out for partying, dining, relaxing, and zip lining.
