This property was clean upon arrival and check-in was easy. Grand Welcome communicates early and often. They were very responsive to questions. We returned from our second evening out to find water dripping on the entry door. Once inside we discovered the upstairs toilet tank had broken. The ceiling was drenched and water was dripping through the entire entryway. We were relocated to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment that had not been used in some time. There was not a number on the door and the building numbers were black on dark wood. Thankfully we were received a video showing the location. This all took place at 11:00 p.m. At the new location, the master bath toilet had a cracked seal. There was no way we were using that toilet after the fiasco at our initial location. Additionally, the master bath shower/tub had no hot water. We went from a three bedroom, three bath apartment with a large kitchen, a dining room, a large screened in deck, and a living room with a fireplace, to a two bedroom, one functioning bathroom, a patio that barely held a table, and one open space containing a tiny kitchen, laundry room, and living room. We received a 100 refund (1/5 of what we we paid) as retribution for all the issues and the reduced space for two nights of our three night stay. I try to only leave good review. However, this stay was a fail.
