You will also be close to Seabrook's amenities - tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds, shops, restaurants, and so much more - just a quick 2 miles away.

Our property offers the best of both worlds: serene seclusion as well as proximity to the vibrant Seabrook resort community. Whether you're lounging in an Adirondack chair at sunset, roasting s'mores under the stars, or relaxing in the hot tub as eagles soar overhead, this is your place to unplug and reconnect with nature and each other.

Located just outside of Seabrook, WA, this home sits atop a cliff on 5 private acres of coastal rainforest. The surrounding area offers unmatched natural beauty-- think of multiple rainforest trails, dramatic shorelines, and wildlife sightings all while being minutes from shops, restaurants, and family friendly activities.

A car is recommended to explore the area, but much is walkable or bikeable. The beach access point is just a 2-block walk. Parking is plentiful on site. Once you are here, you may never want to leave. . l. . . PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING OUR PROPERTY - Please keep all doors closed when coming and going. We live in a very active rainforest and want you to be the only guests living in our house.
- No pets. The owner is extremely allergic to cats and dogs.
- Please only open windows with screens installed.
- No outdoor shoes allowed in the house. Bring slippers for indoor use.
- No indoor fires please. The indoor fireplace is OFF LIMITS for insurance reasons. ($500 fee).
- No cleaning of clams allowed-- it's just too messy!
- No sandy clothes allowed in the house. We have a hot water hose located by the garage to rinse off sand from body and clothes before entering the house.
- No sandy clothes allowed in the washing machine. Rinse off sandy clothes outside with the hot water hose by the garage.
- No going into the hot tub if you are sandy. Rinse off with the hot water hose by the garage.
- Outdoor Campfires allowed only in designated fire pit. Burn only newspaper, cardboard, kindling, and logs in the fire pit. (No burning of garbage, liquids or any other materials).
- 10 guests allowed including infants. Each additional guest whether approved or not will be an additional $100/night.
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed on property. (No parties or events).
- A baby gate is installed at the base of the stairs going to the second floor. No children under 3 allowed upstairs without parental supervision. (This is due to the railing that overlooks the whole first floor common area which poses a temptation risk for toddlers to stick their head through the railings).
- Use caution along the perch because of the steep cliff. Small children not allowed along the cliff line without close parental supervision.
- To walk to the beach use the Ocean Crest Resort stairs, located just two blocks to the north of the driveway. The cliff trail going down to the beach is off limits. It is not safe. Anyone using that trail is using it at their own risk.
