This spot was a good find for 7 people needing a spot to crash during the big July 4th weekend (note, there are only beds for 6; one of us slept on the floor). Reading the other reviews helped set our expectations and it was fine. It's a 4th floor walk-up, so be ready for that. The weekend was blistering hot (they cancelled the parade!) and the air conditioning did its best (main floor was plenty cool, the upstairs was a little warm--we keep our house on the warmer side so we were good, but folks who like it cold may not have been happy). Knowing in advance that there is one small table and two chairs (and that's it for "hanging out space"), we brought some camp chairs and a camp table to provide more places to rest and hang out after kids were asleep. We also ate out for all meals, so the lack of kitchen paraphernalia wasn't an issue. The reviews are spot on for the state of the place. Whoever decorated clearly hasn't seen a drywall anchor before, so things are barely attached to the walls. Plenty of extra holes and not much attempt at repair. All that being said, we knew what to expect going in, and it was all fine for us. The location can't be beat, right on Market Street between 3rd and 4th. It was super convenient and we could stop by throughout the day. Brittany was very communicative through the VRBO app and responded quickly. Overall, it accomplished what we needed for the weekend.
