All about the spa

This place was absolutely perfect for my family. My only complaint would be that we didnā€™t book a longer stay. I canā€™t really thing of anything special to comment on, aside from the spa, because pretty much everything was great. The spa was exactly what I needed after a long day working.

Relaxing stay

Excellent home set-up to keep everyone entertained. Hot tub was well maintained and relaxing with sneak peak of the lake below. Outdoor fire pit was great to hang out around even in cold weather. Kitchenwares are what you expect in a weekend rental and we were able to make everything we wanted to. Love the place and hope to stay there again.

Three days of fun

Other than a bit of a mix up to start things off, our stay was absolutely wonderful. Kelly was unaware of our reservation but resolved all issues promptly. The house was very comfortable in every way, inside and out. Great job with providing instruction how to use all the electronics. We were so satisfied that I would've liked to have extended our stay.

Great place for a family get together

What a wonderful home you have! A well set up home with everything at our finger tips. The wireless sound system was the only draw back. The equipment was too old to work properly, but we had our own with us and didnā€™t really need it. Lovely location, beautiful view and comfortable amenities. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you.

Weekend ladies trip for wine tasting

I booked this property for its proximity to many wineries and tasting rooms as well as the size of the property. The house is large, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, so it was a good size for our group of 4 to each have their own bedroom. The game room is a nice feature for families with kids or anyone who can figure out how to operate the complicated projection TV setup - we founds lots of passive aggressive notes hidden among the DVD's about not messing up TV, but no instructions anywhere so we eventually gave up. Unfortunately, the house is very much in need of a deep cleaning. Our group found hair stuck to the walls in all bathrooms, dead insects on the stairway, splatters and stains on most bathroom walls and ceilings, lines of dirt along the edge of all carpets - bedrooms and living spaces, dust on nearly every surface in the bedrooms, bathroom fans clogged with dust, spare blankets throughout the house all had a strong pet odor, and one member of our group found a previous guests disposable contact lenses left behind on a dresser. I don't expect perfection, but this was very disappointing considering what we spent on this property. If the host is maintaining this property themselves, they need help. If they use a property management services to maintain it, they're getting ripped off. Unfortunately, I'm not able to attach photos of these events to this review, but I have sent them to the rental agency and made them aware of my concerns.

Outstanding home base for wine tasting!

House is but a couple miles from 50-100 tasting rooms. The fireplace on the deck was an amazing end of day relaxation location. Wonderful hot tub and game room!! Plenty of bedrooms and space. Hope to come back some day!!

Family Stay

Great location, had plenty of room for the family and the fenced yard was very nice for our pet. Warm weather when we rented and the master bed was the only one with a window ac unit. Would like to have seen units in all the rooms, or ac for the home. The location and home worked great. Was well furnished and very quiet neighborhood. Good times!

Not really an oasis

Property sits in an idyllic tree-lined neighborhood just minutes from downtown Woodinville and nearbye freeways. It didn't feel like a vacation rental; more like a stay at your brother-in-law's messy house. By our standards, the home needs a deep cleaning top to bottom along with some fresh paint and carpet renewal. We enjoyed the spacious deck that overlooks what could be a beautiful yard but landscaping feels neglected over several seasons. We stayed during warm weather and this house has just one window A/C unit in master bedroom. All windows lacked screens so we traded insects for cool evening air. This home has a nicely appointed gameroom that will keep most teenagers entertained. I would stay here again but only after some much needed TLC.

Outdoor patio was wonderful. We enjoyed sitting in front of the fire talking for hours. The description was very accurate. Kelly our go to manager was friendly and very helpful when we arrived.

Wonderful! Outstanding layout for a family gathering.

Great location, very private with scenic views, yet close to Woodinville, wineries and shopping. Very clean. Very comfortable beds, with lots of towels and amenities (which is great, because the hot tub - also excellent - received good use by our family). The kitchen was well equipped, including a variety of spices, oils and other cooking basics. The game room was huge bonus (including games and a few toys for younger children). The patio, fireplace and grill (and the hot tub) were just wonderful.

Awesome stay in Woodinville

This house is incredible. Loved having king/queen beds in the rooms. The space was clean and exactly as expected from listing. The location is fantastic for short drives to most wineries. Kitchen was well stocked (only thing we couldn't seem to find was a cutting board?) The game room and hot tub make this a great getaway for a friends weekend. Whenever staying in Woodinville, we'll definitely try to stay here again!

Fun House

Fun was had by all! Pre-holiday family gathering. The house was a big hit with the family! It's big enough for our 7+. (6 adults 1 infant & 1 dog) Loved the covered patio with fireplace. The whole deck area was well used, the spa, barbecue and all. It has lush, green surroundings and a view of the lake too! The gameroom was unique and well used too. Football on the big screen was very cool while playing games. Kitchen was sufficient as we cooked daily. All beds were very comfortable with the acception of the queenbed. The mattress is ready to be replaced as it sinks to the middle. So glad to have the garage as it really saves you from dragging pine needles in your vehicle. But know that it is only deep enough for smaller vehicles. Our Lexus NX350h fit. It's rated a compact at 184" long like a Honda CRV and you can't open the hatch when you close the garage door. The house is located close enough to Seattle to enjoy the city and access the airport. The few cons we had stemmed from old information advertised by the rental company, Envovle. An update is necessary. We were never able to access the WiFi due to incorrect information. Also the information for the care taker is incorrect. And TVs up stairs were not accessable. They need some instructions. Overall we loved and enjoyed our gathering and would return.

Great house for a girls trip!

Plenty of room for all of us in a beautiful setting! The hot tub and outdoor fireplace was a great place to hang out and chat! Short 10min drive to all the wine tasting rooms!

Wine excursion

House was great with plenty of room. There were only 4 of us with lots of room to spare. Great place for a family. Close to many wineries and other attractions. House is in a beautiful area. Some things could use some tlc but nothing major. I would ask the neighbours if they would be willing to cut bottom branches on trees so the lake can still be seen from the house.
