For being a 'Last Minute ' getaway decision, this house was THE Best rental that we stayed at on Chincoteague . Even though it had Mixed reviews, we found the place to be... Quaint, Well Stocked, Clean, within distance of everything & a Great view of the Lighthouse The crazy stairs were a Blast each use. You Can't go wrong with. Island Creamery Highly recommend this rental & each trip Back to Chincoteague will Only be this rental!! I'd Luv to give this place a 5 Star reviews but the Only unfortunate draw was CHECK IN should be Earlier ( esp after a 5-7hr drive) & NOT to be an additional Other than this Looking Forward to Many more Chincoteague memories..

Beautiful house and location

House was beautiful and had enough room for the whole family. They view of the bay was our favorite of any vacation.

Great property

Enjoyed our stay - the view of the lighthouse and bay was great. Chincoteague offered great food and many nature activities. We enjoyed kayaking with the outfitter just down the road.

Beautiful view of the water and lighthouse! Plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and a baby. Spiral staircase was narrow but it worked for our group. We drank coffee on the porch in the mornings and used the outdoor space and grill in the evenings. Lovely decor all around the home. We would rent this home again!

Charming house and wonderful view

A hidden gem on the Eastside. Will definitely stay here again. Cute, very comfortable, and wow what a view from the front window.

Excellent stay

Property is everything it was described as nice location peicefull quite only downside we didn't care for was spiral staircase little tight

Well appointed cottage with a beautiful view!

Great central location convenient to beach and wildlife preserve. In a quiet area with a wonderful view of light house and marsh . Well appointed for 6 guests.

Sweet Cottage With Lighthouse Views

This cottage was a sweet and cozy spot for our family of 7. The view of the lighthouse was wonderful. The property had a very homey feeling and I loved all the lovely decor.

I'd come back

We loved the location. found great new bike routes. Lighthouse view was great.Stars Sunday night were incredible. Biking at the beach was great.

Family weekend

Quiet area, able to bike to town and the beach. Great for relaxing in the morning and enough room to fit a family comfortably in the main rooms! Love the double full bathrooms in the hall upstairs!

Wonderful place on Chincoteague

We were two families, and it was an incredible week over the 4th of July. Every time you walk into the living room there is a sense of calm looking out to the lighthouse. Great back area, and outdoor shower. We would happily return.

Wonderful sunrise!

We had a lovely time, I could look out the front window overlooking the water all day! If you are a birdwatcher, make sure you pack binoculars to get a closer look at the birds.

Super get-away

This was a multi-generational vacation with guests ranging from a year to 70. The property was exactly as described. Clean and convenient. The communication from the owner/manager was very good with prompt replies to questions. We'd definitely stay their again.

Peaceful neighborhood and nice view

The house was very good for our family. Private space as needed. We used all 3 bedrooms bathrooms. I sat out on the dock in the evenings and enjoyed the view. Hosts were very prompt to reply and kept in touch

Spring Break

We stayed at this beautiful little home during spring break. The view was stunning! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It is located right on the water and we could see the ponies on Assateague shores. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We walked or biked everywhere we needed to go. I highly recommend this stay!

Family Week on the Coast

This rental was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and just as described. We enjoyed the spectacular view from the front of the house. Our two teens loved each having their own bedroom and full bath. We were just 2-3 minutes from restaurants, shopping, mini-golf, bike rentals, etc., and the beach was an easy drive. We'd definitely return!

Comfortable house in a great location

We are long-time visitors to Chincoteague but have never before stayed on the East side. We really enjoyed our view over the marsh with its many visitors. The house itself is comfortable. Everything worked well with one minor HVAC problem that was corrected very quickly. We highly recommend this property.
