Perfect for our family and small dog. The host was so sweet and available whenever needed. The condo was very clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Something NEW!

My grandmother is no stranger to FL as she and my late grandpa were snow birds in St. George Island for nearly 30 years… after losing my grandfather in April of 2024 my Grandma stopped traveling as it was no longer safe for her to do distance like that alone… he best friend lives in FL and I decided this summer that we were all going to make the trek to the beach… my grandma didn’t want to stay on the gulf side because she’d been on that side for years… and going where she and my grandpa has for years would have just been to painful. I found New Smyrna Beach… and instantly fell in love. What an amazing experience… for folks of all ages! 83, 82, 38, 15, 12, and 12…were all a part of this trip and so much fun was had by all! The condo was the most well stocked condo I have EVER stayed at! The location was perfect. The maintenance crew for the grounds cleaned every single day… it was incredible! 10/10 will stay here again!!!

Amazing stay!!!

Had an amazing and relaxing stay at this condo! Very clean and cute beachy vibe. Walking distance to the pool and beach and all amenities were nicely included. No complaints whatsoever and area was located perfectly to downtown with a guide to the area since we’re out of towners. Will be coming back again! Thank you for an amazing stay!! :)

Very nice condo

Condo is located steps from the most beautiful beach. Pool area is lovely too. This was our first visit to NSB and we enjoyed it all. Was a bit disappointed that there were no restaurants within walking distance but many great ones within a 10 minute drive.

Great weekend away

The condo is well equipped and decorated beachy. Everything you need is there. Though there is no ocean view it is a quick walk to the pool area and ocean. There is ample seating both inside and out. Highly recommend.

Fantastic pet friendly stay at the beach

I've been vacationing at the incredible Ocean Club South with my family for 36 years, and I can say that this was by far my favorite vacation to the area and by far my favorite unit on the entire property. The owner was very responsive and helpful through the entire process. Our dog loved the unit and the short walk to the dog area across the parking lot. There are 2 things we think could make the stay a little cozier. One being the excessive amount of knick knacks on all the surfaces. This makes it hard to use the space to put your things. And the other being the lock on the thermostat. It does not go below 73 degrees (above room temperature) unless you ask the owner to change the lock temperature. She did immediately change the temperature for us when we asked, but in my opinion it doesn't seem like a good idea to lock a vacation rental's AC unit. People like to be comfortable on vacation. But honestly, those small things don't take away from super celan, nicely decorated, pet friendly condo.

Fabulous unit

Clean, well-appointed and comfortable. We’ve been staying in New Smyrna for decades and we’ve never stayed in a condo better equipped than this one. Great two weeks, we’d stay here again for sure.

Beautiful place

Family for the weekend to celebrate birthdays . The place was so beautiful, well stocked and had everything you can think of!! Stacy was easily available for questions. The ammenitoes at the place were also awesome!! Highly recommend staying here. The fact that i was able to bring my dogs was also a huge plus!!

Home Away From Home

It was so nice to get away for Spring Break in Florida! NSB is close and we were able to hang out with a lot of our friends. This property had all of the amenities that kept us cozy and relaxed for our vacation.

Great stay

Stayed here the past week. The condo was very clean, decorated adorable, comfortable king size bed. Stacey thought of everything. Thank you for the goodies. Nice pool around back with plenty of chairs the back drop was the beach. Excellent location clean and quiet. Restraunts and shops a few minute car ride away

Happy Place

Quiet, convenient, beautiful beach, very clean! Communication was excellent! Kitchen was very well stocked! Relaxing, nicely decorated! Comfortable furniture. Had a little patio to sit on that was nice especially in the morning with coffee. Short walk to the pool and the beach! Was quiet. would be glad to stay there again as it was very close to restaurants, Publix, low traffic areas, water, and Flagler Avenue if we wanted to go shopping.

Great getaway

Thr property is easy to get to and in a very quiet area. It is off season and most of our stay we had the pool and beach to ourselves. Stacy's place is very beachy, clean and she provides everything you might need, well above and beyond any place we have ever stayed at. Will definitely be back. It was such a plus that we could bring our 2 dogs.

Couldn’t have been better

I loved the quieter, end of island location! Super clean, super well stocked for everything I might’ve needed. Owner called me after I booked to go over everything and answer any questions I might have. Day of check in we spoke again so she could give me easy check in instructions. Very roomy, plenty of parking and walk out right onto the beach. I highly recommend this listing, it’s an A+ on my list.

Very Nice Place

Initially started a little rocky. The property manager stated in VRBO text that I would be called the Friday afternoon prior to my stay on Saturday to provide access code for entry. She never called. I had to call her in the evening and she didnt answer, then began the phone tag until finally we were able to talk. Ive been renting 4 to 6 condos a year for the past 10 years and have never had to wait for a call for entry code. Very strange. Upon entering the condo for the first time I discovered an open can of soda sitting on the dining room table. Lastly, this units rental cost is very high and over priced to be in the "C" building. I had 4 other rentals in the "A" and "B" buildings that were less the cost.

Overall we had a great experience. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Easy walk to the beach. Stacy was excellent to work with. She went over & above to ensure we had everything we needed. Will be back for sure!

When you visit this location all you need to bring is you clothes and food. All the rest will be there waiting on you. Once you visited this property you will know you have visited an upscale home away from home.

This is a very update properties with all the amenities of the resort. You will have all you need and more when you stay at my property. When you arrive you won't have to worry about unpacking before you can use the bathroom and the kitchen has paper towels, all you for the beach chairs and all kind of sand toys.

We make sure that when you stay at our condo that you feel that you are in your home away from home. If you need something or wonder if something in the condo all you have to do is ask because it is already there and less you have to pack. When coming to our condo all you need is your clothes and food. The rest will be there waiting for you to make lots of memories to last a lifetime.
