Welcome to your peaceful mountain escape! Nestled in a wide-open field and bordered by beautiful private woods, this 3-bedroom no home offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and farmhouse charm in the heart of an Appalachian mountain town.

Wake up to birdsong and sip coffee on the large covered porch — a guest favorite! Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, bedroom #1 has a queen bed and bedroom #2 has 3 twin beds (1 bed + 1 set of bunk beds), with a full bathroom right across the hall. Separated by an open concept full kitchen with huge island, living and dining space, you will find bedroom 3. This master suite features a king size bed and huge spa like bathroom with large walk in shower, dual sinks and freestanding soaker tub.

Just off the dining area make sure to step out onto the massive covered porch with outdoor couches and a bed sized porch swing to sit and enjoy the surrounding nature and wildlife in the field! Featuring a small fenced yard, a private fire pit area, and private trails through the woods, you may never want to leave the property!

If you do venture out, make sure to explore the cute town of Franklin, NC known for its gem mining and Appalachian charm. With 8 large waterfalls within 20 miles of the property and countless hiking trails (including the world famous Appalachian Trail), you are sure to have plenty of adventure waiting! Day trips to the lakes, Nantahala Outdoor Center, Bryson City trains, or even Biltmore House in Asheville are all accessible from this centralized town.

Whether you’re hiking local trails, exploring our mountain town, stargazing from the fire pit, or soaking in the huge master bath tub, you will want to return again and again! Due to a severe allergy in our family, we regret we are unable to accommodate service animals at this time.
