PARKING: There are several options available near the loft. There are city owned parking lots as well as privately owned parking lots. The Jackson ave lot (401 W Jackson Ave) is a short 2 min walk and city owned. Parking at this lot is free after 6pm and on weekends with the exception of game days. Otherwise rates are $1/hr, $7 max per day. Metered parking is also available on the street. NOISE: Our loft is located in a historic building in Knoxville’s lively Old City—full of character, charm, and occasional city sounds. With exposed ceilings and industrial-style pipes, you may hear normal building noises like water running or pipes settling from time to time.
Since you're also in the heart of the action, outside noise from nearby nightlife or street activity can occasionally be heard in the living room—especially on weekends.

HOME SAFETY: A single exterior security camera is installed at the front door. The camera monitors the entryway only and does not record any private or interior spaces of the loft. A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink. The loft is also equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke alarms.

PARTIES: We love hosting guests who treat our space with care and respect. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed—both for the comfort of our neighbors and in keeping with building rules.
Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and possible fees.

Please also note:
No glitter or confetti allowed in the space. They may seem festive, but they’re incredibly difficult to clean and can damage surfaces.

No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the loft or in the building.

Violations may result in additional cleaning fees or cancellation of your stay. Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the space great for all guests!
