DREAMS is in a quiet rural area, about 20 minutes from Maryville, 18 minutes from Lenoir City and 35–40 minutes from Knoxville, convenient stores and gas station (12 minutes).

Guests should be comfortable driving short country distances to reach stores, restaurants, and attractions. The peaceful setting is ideal for those who value nature, privacy, and quiet surroundings.

All major destinations are within an hour’s drive, including: Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Knoxville, Tail of the Dragon, Caves, lakes, and outdoor recreation areas.

Verification Deadlines:
For reservations made more than 48 hours before arrival: information must be provided within 48 hours of booking
For reservations made less than 48 hours before arrival: information must be provided within 1 hour of booking
Important: Failure to provide the required information on time may result in cancellation of the reservation and additional charges according to platform and Host rules

Linens and decorative items may be updated or replaced occasionally. Colors and textures may vary slightly, but the same warm and cozy atmosphere is always maintained.
