CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/OUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.
The Nordix townhomes are a new slope-side development on the base of Panorama`s Silver Platter chair. This location provides quick access to the 138 mountain trails, and a a short walk to Pano`s shopping, dining options & hot pools. Whether you`re looking to ski, mountain bike, cross-country ski, or just kick back in the hot pools, Panorama has everything you need to live out your mountain fantasy.

STAIRS Please note that stairs are required to access all areas of the property. Therefore, this may not be the best fit for those with mobility issues.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
7. For your garbage and recycling, please ensure it is stored inside at all times to avoid attracting wildlife. Prior to departure, please take it to the Panorama Transfer Station on your right-hand side as you are heading back towards Invermere. Please note that there will be a $50 removal fee if garbage is left in the unit, so we recommend bringing it by periodically during your stay to make checkout easier.

Perfect for a quick mountain getaway. Easy to get to and from the hill, lots of storage for skis, boots and winter clothes. Hot tub was a great feature as well.

Everything was top notch, and as expected! The booking process was easy, and checkin instructions were exactly as needed. The Condo is new, and a fantastic location for our skiers, they were able to come and go so easy. The condo was clean, new & had everything that we needed. Beds were really comfortable!! We will be back!

Great location. Lovely, new unit. Hot tub was great. Bonus: Everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Place was very new, nice and clean. Garage, mud room / entrance was great for getting ready and storage of ski gear. The private hottub was really nice. Great location, and easy to get around the hill. The host had all the ammentities to prep food and lunches, pump soap in the bathrooms, and some games to play/ books to read. Because the place is very new there were a few minor new house issues that the hosts were very responsive too. We brought our own towels for the hottub, which was handy, the the towels provided are more bathroom towels. Overall everything was great.
