Additional Sleeping: 2 twin pull-out couches in the living room

LOCATION:
Beach block complex directly across from Ocean Casino Resort and next to Showboat Hotel Atlantic City and Island Waterpark at Showboat. Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Parking lot may puddle or flood during rain. If needed, park at Ocean Casino across the street.
Complex is under new HOA management with ongoing renovations and landscaping.

POOL (Mid-June to Labor Day; dates may vary):

Optional add-on: $50/day (non-refundable)
Pool bracelets required; no entry without one
Hours vary depending on pool attendant
Use at your own risk; children must be supervised
No jumping/diving
Keep noise respectful
Rule violations may result in loss of access
Return bracelets before checkout or $200 fee per missing bracelet
Contact host in advance to add pool access and receive rules and bracelet code

ACCESS & ENTRY:
Guests have access to the entire 2-level unit and balcony.
Exterior stairs lead to the unit; interior stairs lead to upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms.
Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Late checkout incurs $100/hour.

PARKING:

One designated parking space included; details provided at check-in
Vehicles parked incorrectly may be towed
Guests must follow street parking signs; we are not responsible for vehicles
Additional parking available at Ocean Casino garage

MAIL:
No mailbox access. Please avoid shipping items or select “leave at door.” We are not responsible for deliveries.

SECURITY:
Exterior Ring cameras monitor the outside of the property.

HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At BreezeWay, we want guests to understand that vacation rentals differ from hotels. Normal wear and tear and occasional maintenance issues may occur, but we address concerns as quickly as possible.

CLEANING:
Our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the home before each stay. Minor oversights can happen, but significant issues will be corrected promptly.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
Appliances and systems may occasionally malfunction. We cannot guarantee against this but will work quickly to resolve any issues.

RESERVATION/CANCELLATION NOTES:

Atlantic City is a barrier island and urban area, so ants, insects, or mice may occasionally be present despite preventative treatments
Beaches are free; no tags required
Quilts are used for bedding. Extra blankets may be requested before check-in but are not guaranteed
Guests sensitive to odors should note that smells from neighboring units or outside may occasionally be noticeable
