If you are going to visit the #1 beach in the country, then stay on the #1 beach! This two bedroom, two full bathroom beachfront condo is located on Siesta Key Beach and is only steps from the soft white sands that Siesta Key Beach has to offer. It also includes a heated pool and a large balcony overlooking the beach. Surrounded by a beautiful tropical manicured palm tree landscape, this resort style beach condo offers all the amenities one could ask for to make the perfect beach vacation.

The condo is located on the third floor of the Jamaica Royale resort style beach community. It is a very spacious and large condo that offers plenty of space for you and your family or friends. The main living area is furnished with two couches and a flat screen television. A large section of the main living area is made up of sliding glass doors from wall to wall opening up to the grand balcony overlooking Siesta Key and the beach. The balcony is equipped with lounge chairs and a set of table and chairs. There is a dining area with a large dining room table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware needed, and overlooks the pool and beach. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private full bathroom. The master bedroom also has large sliding glass doors from wall to wall that open up to the grand balcony. The second bedroom provides two twin size beds and a dresser. The second full bathroom is in the hallway and is easily accessible by all guests in the condo. The condo also has a washer and dryer, and a storage room.

The resort style community of Jamaica Royale offers a heated pool, a BBQ grilling station next to the beach, manicured palm tree landscaping, outdoor showers, and beach chairs for when you are enjoying the soft sands of Siesta Key Beach.

Every Siesta Key attraction is right at your fingertips during your stay here. Whether you want to sink your toes in the soft white sands on the beach, or pause to watch the sunset over the tranquility of the Gulf of Mexico, you'll only have to take a few steps. The Siesta Key Village shops and restaurants are also close-by. Come and experience for yourself why Siesta Key is rated as the best beach in the country!

Notes: Extra sleeper is an air mattress.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: One week minimum reservation required year round. Saturday to Saturday. End of December through mid August.

Location, Location,Location. Great location right on the beach with a view of the gulf. Good size condo only draw back is it could use some updating. Management was very responsive and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property

Awesome Location

We had a relaxing vacation in one of the most beautiful places in Florida. Location is perfect. You are not overrun by massive crowds but are still very close to shops and restaurants. The water and beach are beautiful as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Outdated & full of cockroaches

Please verify that this property has been completely renovated, and exterminated before booking. As of March 30, 2023, this rental was full of cockroaches, the master bedroom mattress smelled like mildew, mold in the showers and around the baseboards, grimy furniture, and beach amenities were rusted, broken or missing.

Wouldn’t stay here again !!!

Everything outdated !! Carpet dirty , wood molding rotten , linens poor , torn bedsheet , crumbs in cabinets , bare bones minimum kitchen utensils ! So disappointed! Location was only saving grace … beach beautiful , easy access to town , pool nice . I would recommend choosing another unit for sure . We will not stay here again !!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the beach and pool. The condo was a little disappointing. The beds were good but the pull out couch was not so comfortable. The main bathroom’s shower doors were broken and fell off several times. There were not enough towels and rags for hand towels. The bedroom obviously at one time had a leak and needed to be painted.

Thank you for the feedback! We are always striving to improve and make our guests' stay more enjoyable. The couches including the couch with the fold out bed are brand new and were delivered only a month ago. The shower sliding door can come off track if it is not used correctly. The shower sliding door is not designed for people to hold on to and pull themselves out of the shower or off the toilet, if used incorrectly it may cause the sliding door to go off track. The guest at no time communicated with management of this issue. Upon receiving this review, extra equipment was installed to secure the shower sliding door. There are 10 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 6 beach towels provided in the unit. If guest require more towels we encourage them to contact us and let us know so we can provide more towels. Guest can contact management at the office, email, phone call, text, or on the smart phone app.

Wrong condo

Condo apartment is not up to date. Bathrooms are old and dirty. there is mold in some walls. Floor of bathrooms are filthy. Owners have no pride of ownership. In top of all (not your fault) we had 4 days of RED TIDE. It is a pity because the apartment if updated can be very nice. Only problem with building is it only has one elevator. This i do not understand?!!

Thanks for staying. Guests will receive the unit as it is pictured. Yes, it is dated however we make sure everything is clean and in good working condition. There should be no surprise if you have looked through the pictures. The price reflects this.

Not as advertised!! Pictures posted do not show reality. 1970’s decor. Sofa sleeper broken. Had throw pillows under the cushions to keep you from falling in. 8 track cassette player for your listening pleasure. A/C no lower than 73. Bedrooms in the 80’s all day. Dirt everywhere. Dust everywhere. Disgusting. Managerial team is horrendous! Manager called me a liar about dust mites. Pictures attached as proof! I asked for the management company owner to call me. He never called! I’m reporting to all necessary agencies in Florida. Stains on the sheets, comforters. The place has paint roller streaks, on walls, cabinets. The entire place needs painted, updated and cleaned!

Overall we were OK with the property but there were a few irritations. 1) Our A/C went out and we called @ 9:30 am and had to wait until 4pm to have it serviced ( lost entire day of our vaca ). 2) No posting of Pool rules. Opening and closing hours very inconsistent. 3) Doors to stairways and laundry rooms in terrible condition. Could not access either. 4) Contract about taking inventory of towels and linens and associated threats quite insulting. 5) there was nothing in the room on the locale of restaurants, sights, activities, numbers to call for repairs/emergencies etc. I am sure there were others but this is enough to rate this a 3 star facility, especially in relation to the cost.

A/C company was contacted when notified by guest. A/C company arrived at the earliest available time. Note, guest failed to mention this week was a heat wave of 102 degrees and most companies said they wouldn't even make it that day at all. Yes, there are pool rules posted at the pool, it is a commercial pool and required by law. Pool hours are simple as described in the directions (Dawn to Dusk). The entire building has just been renovated, there are no doors or stairways that are in terrible condition. If you are "insulted" by verbiage of keeping inventory and having a fine for stolen towels (do not rent). There is a plethora of area information in the property information provided prior to arrival available by pdf file and at any time on your mobile device.

Non-responsive property management

Almost weren't let in by security because we didnt have wrist bands or parking passes and our name was not on the list. Luckily since we were able to access the keys they allowed us in to get everything straightened out in the morning. I messaged them through the app they requested us to use and nothing. Had to wash every dish we used before using it. Property very dated. some of the furniture in rough shape. Had to leave early due to a death in the family. Contacted the "emergency" number requesting a call back stating we had to leave early due to a death in the family. Still have not heard back from them. The location of the property was amazing and had great views. The front office people were very nice and apologetic when we got our bands, but they had no involvement with our particular rental. I would rent again from this property, but I would directly rent from the front office. What a horrible way to start and end a vacation.

Thank you for choosing to stay at this condo on Siesta Key beach. The front office should be apologetic as guest information was provided to them the morning of guest arrival and did not put them on the security list. Guest lists are only in use during spring break and July 4th. There was no message sent regarding any issues with gaining access or cleanliness of the property. The unit is older looking however everything in the unit is made sure to be clean & functional. Guests can clearly see the the look of the kitchen, bathrooms, unit overall, from the pictures on the listing. The after hours line is for emergencies only. As in emergencies at the property such as a water line break, A/C malfunction, lockout, etc. A death in your family would be a personal emergency and has nothing to do with the property.

Will not Rent again

We will not do business with Rent Siesta Key again. The person I communicated with was rude and kept referring me to a website or app that was difficult to find information on. There was a bad red tide so we couldn’t stay due to health reasons and they won’t refund a single penny. I called the condo building twice the week before and they said it was fine, like there was no red tide; however, when we got there it hurt to breathe, our eyes stung and everyone outside was coughing. Had we at least known how bad it was we could have booked something at least somewhat in advance- instead we scrambled to book something else that night. The building is dated and the elevator is awful- very tiny and crammed with people- impossible to get our stuff to our room, and the doors are a safety hazard- they kept shutting on us. The couch smelled like cigarettes. The rooms are very dated as well. Overall awful experience. There are way better places to stay in siesta key and i wouldn’t do business with these people again.

When guest contacted us regarding red tide we referred them to beach conditions report website where guests can assess up-to-date information for themselves. Speaking to the "condo building" is not speaking to us, who manages this particular unit in the complex. We are a neutral party and would never give a personal account of red tide as we are not red tide experts, hence why when the guest spoke to us we provided information for the guest to inform themselves. This is a no smoking unit, the rooms are exactly as pictured and if that looks dated to you than I am not sure why the guest chose to book this unit.

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!!

Please do not waste your money on this unit. Jamaica Royale is a GREAT place to stay, but go through their office and not this unit. This unit is not managed by Jamaica Royale. Upon arrival, we noticed it was very outdated (which I did expect from previous reviews, but didn't really care as long as it was clean) The stove was dirty, found dust and hair in the bedrooms from not being cleaned, the bathrooms have not been touched as doors were splintering and mold and mildew growing on trim. Get ready to go to bed that evening after a long 20+ hours of travel to find that the air mattress has a hole in it. The sleeper sofa is broken. Property manager brings us a new air mattress at 9pm, but have no way to pump it up. My college age girls assure me everything is fine and they will sleep on couch and love seat to make it work. The girls that were sleeping in the beds wake me up at 11:30pm to tell me there are bugs in the beds! So half my party slept on the tile floor!! Needless to say this was my breaking point. I was not paying to have my family sleeping on a tile floor for the week. Property manager didn't see an issue and told me there would be no refunds and that the place was "as advertised" They did not advertise bugs, they did not advertise the dirt in the kitchen or the lack of supplies, they did not advertise the mold/mildew in the bathrooms or the dust/hair in the bedrooms. Please don't waste your money here!

everything went smooth with check in and check out. overall property was clean and location was great. However the property needs to be sprayed for the many different bugs and ants that were seen throughout our stay. Hopeing we did not bring any home with us….

Not Worth the Money

Very, very dated. The eight track cassette player in the living says it all. Tired, worn furniture. Uncomfortable beds. Old towels, bedding and horrible pillows. Drawers in the kitchen fell out when opened (among other kitchen issues). The owners of this place haven’t spent a dime on this condo in years. The actual Jamaica Royale property is not maintained as it once was, but you can still find much better properties than this place through them. The only 5-star component is its proximity to the beach, but I still don’t think that makes up for the condition of the unit. Don’t waste your hard earned dollars.

We enjoyed our stay as the location was outstanding. As many have said in reviews, the condo is a bit dated and in need of TLC. However, we anticipated that based upon the descriptions and past reviews. The only item that is a bit critical when it comes to maintenance is having no lock on the balcony door. We had a hiccup with no welcome package but were able to work with the emergency line and property manager to get parking passes and bands that we needed.

Jamaica Royale

Great location to beach, a bit of a hike to downtown but great for the family and the beach. Lots of space, great balcony and washer/dryer is key if staying for a week. You can be on the beach all day and your condo is right there. Family had a great time.

Awesome location!!

The property was in a prime location on Siesta Key. our accommodations could use some updating but was adequate for our one week stay. One afternoon I went back to the room to get some lunch and found 2 women in my condo in the master bath fixing the toilet. I was furious that they would enter our condo without me knowing! I didn't trust the staff after that! All of our personal items were sitting out and until we did full inventory of everything I was extremely upset! It left a bad image of the facility and staff!

Overall a good experience minor details need to be made patio was not clean caulk needs to be done in bathroom should think about a rug at the front door the maintenance crew is fantastic other than a minor update the condo was great
