Our home has stunning wood laminate floors throughout adding to it's beauty and cleanliness. Enjoy a open living space with comfortable, reclining seating, a 65" smart TV

Bedroom 1-Oversized room with plush King bed, luxury bedding, including buttery soft sheets, throw blanket, plantation shutters, sound machine/clock, 55" Roku smart TV, 2 night stands each with a lamp, extra charging plugs/ports. There's also a closet with hangers, robes, luggage rack and a fan.

Bedroom 3- Two plush twin beds, luxury bedding, including buttery soft sheets, 2 throw blankets, plantation shutters, sound machine/clock, 55" Roku smart TV, 2 night stands each with a lamp, extra charging plugs/ports. There's also a closet with hangers, luggage rack and a fan.

Bathrooms-stocked with plush towels, Ginger Lily Farms Botanicals shampoo, conditioner and body wash (all vegan, paraben & sulfate free), blow dryer, cotton balls, and Q-tips.

The living room and bonus room are all about comfort, convenience and fun. There are multiple recliners in each room, a fun dining booth for meals and games, a photo area, foosball, giant Bananagram game, big screen 65" TV's and lots of board & card games.

Kitchen-granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee pot & single pod coffee maker, full size fridge/freezer with filtered water ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven. Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and more. We even have a crockpot, air fryer, waffle maker, electric skillet and more! We provide salt & pepper. If guests leave non-perishables, we leave them for all to enjoy. Otherwise, you'll want to bring your own groceries.

In the back you'll find a large private backyard with a 7 foot privacy fence, pergola with string lights, Blackstone grill, a firepit, multiple sitting areas, a swing and several outdoor games like spike ball, corn hole & hook/ring.

Neighborhood highlights:
Our neighborhood is just across the street from ACU off of Ambler Ave. It's the perfect location for all things on the northside plus it's just minutes to downtown, the Expo Center, Dodge Jones Sports Center and I-20 making trips to , Dyess, the southside super easy. We are also minutes away from lots of great restaurants, shopping and the Lunsford walking trail.

Parking: free parking for 2 cars in the private driveway. 2 additional cars could park on the street in front of the home.
