Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very clean. The downstairs area was very much useful. All amenities worked we had no issues. This was my 2nd time renting from Swedes and I will continue to book my beach house needs through them. 10/10 definitely recommend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent hone. Very comfortable beds. Cleaning service needs to step up their game. House could be much cleaner. Other than the house keeping issues, the house was awesome. Great beach access and very spacious and comfortable. The ac is very cold! I will definitely rent this rental again but, Swedes needs to get some reputable house keepers.

From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway — plenty of space, cozy décor, and all the little touches that make a place feel special.The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, and close to restaurants and shops, yet still peaceful and quiet. We loved spending mornings on the deck with coffee and evenings enjoying the breeze and beautiful sunsets.Our hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure our stay went smoothly from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience.We can’t wait to come back and stay again — highly recommend The Skipper to anyone looking for the perfect Crystal Beach getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the floors were very dirty. We have a 10 month old that is in the crawling stage and we couldn’t hardly put her down because her clothes would be black when we picked her up off the floor. Otherwise, loved the house and the location.
