GUEST ACCESS

Please note there is a maximum of 10 adults allowed in this home, and adults are not allowed to sleep on the top bunks of the bunk beds.

Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. The indoor fireplace and woodstove are non-operational. The entire home is heated and cooled by central air controlled by one thermostat. The driveway offers parking for up to 5 vehicles total. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock—your personalized code will be provided before check-in.

Please note the home is located on a well-traveled road so road noise is not uncommon to experience during your stay. Also, the property owners use the detached garage for personal storage so they may occasionally stop by to grab belongings. This is not common but we want to mention it upfront. Treehouse shown in the photos is not for guest use and access is blocked off.

- We have an additional TopHost Vacation Rentals Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Rental Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.
