Please note that this is an upstairs unit. We currently have full time tenants in the basement unit. The tenants are very respectful and shouldn’t bother you during your stay! You will have a completely private entrance with private living spaces for ultimate comfort and convenience!

Entry:
The home is equipped with a keypad on the front door. The code generated for you will be unique for your stay and no one else will be given this code. Please do not share your code with others and if you would like to register more than one code, please let us know! We’d love to get your help and ask if you’d please remove your shoes when entering the home and not allow water to soak on the floor.

Garage:
There is a 2-car garage attached to the home. It is clean and available for use during your stay. Please also note that if you do store items in the garage, it is not temperature regulated and cannot be guaranteed to be water tight. We cannot be held responsible for any damages to items stored inside of the garage.

It is important to note that in the winter months the driveway can get slick and we recommend that you do any loading/unloading in the garage space to prevent slipping. We want everybody to have a safe and enjoyable time while staying in Lehi!

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home! The only thing we wish to mention is that we do have a locked closet that is for our owner supplies. This makes it easier for us to restock in between guests!

⏱ Timing & Same-Day Bookings (Important)

We kindly ask that the verification process be completed promptly after booking so everything is finalized well before arrival.

For same-day or last-minute reservations, access to the home is provided at check-in. Verification is still required as part of the stay and must be completed promptly after arrival to remain in compliance with our house rules.

Failure to complete the verification process within a reasonable timeframe after booking or arrival may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with platform policy.
