Welcome to The Everdrian Soul, a modern boho studio with romantic charm. Cute, cozy equipped with everything you need for a special stay. Located in a quiet area of NJ, with bus stops very close & easy access to NYC & conveniently located close to the American Dream mall, making it easy to enjoy shopping, entertainment nearby. Every detail was designed with love so you can relax, comfortable, and have a unique experience. Ideal for couples or travelers seeking comfort, style, and good vibe
The space
This cozy, modern studio blends boho style with romantic touches. It features a comfortable double bed, soft linens, a sofa bed, and plenty of natural light. The space includes a relaxing area, a small table for work or meals, and a private bathroom with essentials. Perfect for a peaceful stay near NYC, with easy access to public transportation. Designed for your comfort and relaxation in a space filled with good energy.

Studio Use & Parking Rules
Guests have full access to the entire studio. However, please note that parking in any driveway is not allowed. Our neighbors are very strict and do not want anyone parking in front of their homes.

We kindly ask you to respect this rule to maintain good relations with the neighborhood and avoid any issues.

We had a wonderful stay with excellent hosts. They were very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The place was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located near the bus with direct access to NYC. One note for future guests: while the listing says it sleeps four, the pull-out bed is best suited for small children rather than adults or teenage children.

Host was quick to reply via messenger but the bed frame was broke on one side when we checked in at 3am. We contacted the host in the morning when we woke up and she & partner arrived (an hour later cutting into our touring time). When she arrived she refused to let me speak, I had to ask her to let me finish speaking. There was a large gap under the outside door, which we also notified her of and she stated that she knew about it, & it was on the list of things to be fixed. This would have been tolerable if it wasn’t December and the wind was whipping into the studio. We had to put extra pillows in front of the door to block the 30degree wind. There was also a natural gas smell in kitchen area, we notified her of it and she said that it happens and it has been checked out to be fine. I don't think smelling natural gas from when the water heater kicks on to be okay. There are also 3 plug in wall air fresheners in the small studio apartment, it was such a strong smell that you could taste the chemicals. No central heating only plug in space heaters.

We had the best experience here. The host was so accommodating and was so willing to help with whatever we needed(and in a timely manner). The space was clean, comfortable and so nicely decorated. We felt right at home during our stay and it’s in a perfect location with restaurants and activities all near by. We highly recommend! We will definitely be returning. Perfect get away spot!

This stay was fantastic! My mom, my husband and our son came to town to spend 4 days seeing all the sites of New York, including Times Square, Broadway, the Statue of Liberty and everything they could fit in. They found the bus stop to get into town easily and felt safe and comfortable in the area. The host is incredible! Super fast responses to any questions we had, very kind and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this host and this property!! Thank you!

This was one of the most relaxing places I’ve ever stayed. We drove into town for a family event from South Carolina and the entire experience from check-in to check-out was incredibly easy. The space itself was incredibly relaxing and just what we needed after long days. We will definitely come back and stay again!

The place was exactly how it was described. Well curated in small place, just with enough amenities. It’s ideal for 2 people but 3 adults can fit well. It was clean and very comfy. No complains for anything. Highly recommend.
