This was our second time staying here, first time was 2023. We really enjoy staying here. Perfect place for a couple or a small family. We liked the fact there was not service or wifi at the cabin, but there is dish tv. If you do need to use wifi, the town hub as a 3 to 4 car parking you can park at and get wifi to check weather and whatnot. It is off the main road coming in to town so there isn't much traffic. For fishing and hiking there is plenty to do in the marble area or a short drive. Definitely plenty of sight seeing to do as well. We will be back.

What a lovely cabin in the woods. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The cabin is walking distance to everything on Marble.

This is a great cabin in a great location. It was exactly as described and we were able to comfortably sleep two adults and two children without any issue. All appliances worked as described and the location is near the available "coffee-shop" wifi and a local restaurant. Easy to walk to most of the places we wanted to go and a great home base for 4x4ing the area. Highly recommended.

Simple cabin in Marble.

We had a wonderful family getaway at this cozy cabin in Marble, Colorado. The peaceful mountain setting was perfect for hiking, exploring, and spending quality time together. The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and had enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. It was a great place to unplug and enjoy nature ā€” weā€™d definitely come back!

Marble Get Away

Old school Colorado cabin. I knew from the photos that the decor was outdated but even so, I was disappointed. The wrap around deck had junk on it. Some outlets didnā€™t work. The plumbing was problematic. The screens and the inside of the window sills were very dirty. There were many small problems with the house. The town of Marble has no cell service. The house doesnā€™t have wi-fi either, so for better or worse you are unplugged. The house is called the Marble Hideaway but the cabin is across the street from the school and museum. Itā€™s not very secluded. The house served our purpose but could have been much nicer with some TLC.

Restful Stay

The Marble Hideaway is just that...a hideaway. The cabin is secluded and definitely stress free. No WIFI or cell service so you can completely unplug. If you have to have cell there is a tower on the Volunteer Fire Department building. Cute cabin with everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, main bath with nice hot shower, comfy beds, and Carol, the host came to meet us and was very accommodating. Great place to relax after hiking or 4-wheeling around the Marbel area! Very quiet area and the Crystal River is pristine.

Marble Hide Away

The cabin was perfect for us! Its location in Marble is perfect and just a few blocks from the Barbeque Restaurant! The cabin had everything we needed including a nice selection of games.

Better than expected

We were very happy with our stay in this small cozy cabin. It was clean and comfortable. The town of Marble is very secluded and quiet. In the winter most places are closed but we were ok with that. It was good to get away from the world.

Marble

Property was nice if a bit dated, no AC but that didn't matter since it was so cool in the valley. Everything in town was within walking distance. Very quiet and semi secluded. My only issues were trying to open the window above the master bed. We arrived at night so I couldn't see that it was screwed in from the outside, tried a bit too long trying to get it open. The ceiling fans are real loud. And the top of the spiral stairs are very secure but not attached on one side so they move alot when using them, which is nerve wracking with teenagers Over all 5/5 would stay again

We enjoyed our stay. There is no phone reception or wi-fi for several miles, and we really missed it, but that was disclosed in the description. The cabin was clean and comfortable.

Amazing Retreat

We stayed four nights and made an excellent decision. It is in a remote town about 45 mins from gas and groceries. Great choice of youā€™re considering.

Very much a quiet getaway

The property was great, in a very remote area and has zero cell service and WiFi within about 45 mins of the place. We arrived at night in a snowstorm and it was very difficult to find the place, but found it after driving up and down the road 5-6 times. The town is pretty much closed in the winter, no restaurants and the general store wasnā€™t open either so make sure to bring everything you need, otherwise you have to drive to Redstone or Carbondale to pick anything up. But what a gorgeous drive it is there!

Very well managed, clean and no mice. In other cabins I've stayed in, there was a feisty mouse....but at the Hideaway it was absolutely wonderful....hated to leave.
