Parking is available on the driveway for your convenience. To enter the home, simply use the passcode lock, ensuring an easy and hassle-free check-in process.


During your stay, you'll have access to the two main levels of the house, offering plenty of space and comfort. The first level includes a cozy living room with a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a dining area perfect for family meals. On the second level, you'll find comfortable TV/games room.

We’ve designed the home to make you feel right at home, complete with Wi-Fi, board games, and a backyard where you can relax or watch the kids play.

Whether you're here visiting family and friends, attending a local event, or exploring the area, our home offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. Please note that we have a strict no parties, events, or gatherings policy to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.

We want everyone to be happy, satisfied and safe. If there are any questions or concerns about the living space, we are always available and reachable.

Please note that during the winter season, the dock and all watercraft are stored away and will only be available again in the summer months. If you're booking outside of summer and wish to confirm availability, feel free to inquire directly. The red Muskoka chairs and fire pit remain available year-round for your enjoyment.

Please read and confirm our house rules and note that we require a valid ID and a signed rental agreement before providing key codes for any of our cottages.

Please note that a security deposit may be required, subject to verification.

Guests are required to take all garbage & recycling with them upon checkout. (If you’d prefer to leave the garbage behind, a $150 disposal fee will apply. If you choose this option, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.), please note that most transfer stations are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays.
